Sugarland Tickets

My husband and I had a great time. We felt safety checks as we entered the Cowlitz Ballroom area. The staff was friendly and informative. We would have loved for them to play a little longer for the price we paid. $99 for 1 1/2 hours, it would have been better at 2 hours.

Jennifer and Kristian we high energy from the start. Loved their song playlist. The only downside was the seating in the ballroom. People had to stand just to see monitors.

Seen them twice now and both times has been great thank you Sugarland.

Just what I had hoped for with the surprise ending song. Loved the solo album songs. I have enjoyed Sugarland from day one. I was hoping for Come on get higher but... if I ever get a chance again I am going to try to get backstage to meet them. On a side note the drummer was awesome to watch on the screens. He was different with the tie but he could do some damage.

Performance of Sugarland was fantastic and I love their music. Negative, however, on the flat seating for the Cowlitz Ballroom at Ilani. The audience stood up as soon as the performers entered the stage making it impossible to view either the performers or even the screens. The seats were also very close together so people dancing without concern to personal space of those seated beside them was negligible. I did not like being regularly bumped or elbowed by the person beside me. A lot of $$ to pay for something you do not even get to watch.

Great venue, small and intimate! and the band and performers were/are so incredibly talented. I loved that I could see a big name in such an intimate way. Sugarland was on my bucket list and this FAR EXCEEDED my expectations.

Loved the concert but seating was less than desired. Would not attend this venue again. Just chairs crammed together on a level floor. Everyone stood the entire concert and as a shorter person the jolly green giant 3 rows up blocked any hope of a glimpse of the stage. He was standing when the concert began and NEVER sat down. Totally spoiled the experience for both of us. Had to watch entire time on big screens set up. We were only 12 rows back! SUGARLAND was amazing. They have real chemistry together. Their band is exceptional and their drummer was one of the very best I have ever seen or heard. So glad they are back on tour. Go see SUGARLAND elsewhere.

They were on point, and Jennifer sounded so good, just like on the radio, her voice is so strong!! Amazing show!!

The Cowlitz ballroom is exactly that. a flat floor (no risers) filled with fold up chairs. You will NOT see the performers on stage unless you are in the first few rows, or you are 6' tall. I bought 3 tickets as a special treat, but I threw that money away. I never saw the performers and could barely see the screens. I "listened" to the performance. Very disappointing.

Fantastic concert at a fantastic venue. Who new a casino could have such an intimate venue every seat was a great seat.

Sugarland is always the best. Great together on stage. Backup groups was also exceptional. The sound quality is never the best at ilani, but it was a fun filled evening with great entertainment.

Very hot night but the venue is great. Clean, easy access to drinks/food/restrooms. Seats were great. We were on upper level.

I was really looking forward to seeing Sugarland who were fabulous but the Ilana room was not suitable. The chairs could not be moved so tight quarters. All on ground floor. The stage was not up high enough for those behind front few rows to see even if people were sitting down. People in front stood up which forced everyone to stand up for most of the show. I was in center section 5 in the back and could only see the big screens if I stood. Very disappointing due to place not Sugarland

First time to see and hear Sugarland. Venue at the Rose Music Center was fantastic. Can't wait to go back for another concert there.

It was not clear that I could have gotten 3 seats. I sat with my husband ( he was the wheelchair bound person, but I had an assistant care giver came with us. I did not know I could have purchased a ticket for her to sit with us. Her available ticket was in another section that was not near us.

Jennifer still has an exceptional voice. Christopher is still unnoticed during most of the night. The opening act was nothing special (Drew Parker). maybe a better songwriter than performer. We enjoyed the music and they did try to give us a great show. Why to people feel they have to stand up during the whole performance? This really hurts those behind them who would like to sit and enjoy the show.

Very nice venue and great overall show, but what I liked best was that everyone got their own seat. I highly recommend the Rose.

We went to the Rose with thinking we would have handicap seat for my wife. When we got there the seat were in the 2nd row from the stage which was great until. Sugar Land came on and the row in front of us stood during the whole show my wife is unable to stand she could not see the show. When seats are sold as handicap they should be ones that you can see the show. This needs to be address. The couple next to us had also hand handicap seats and could not see. I hope this is corrected when you pay for the ticket you would like to get what you paid for.

Jennifer and Kristian always put on an amazing show! Music is amazing. Her voice keeps getting better! So fun.
