Skip the Michelob Club - overly priced for no benefits

    by KP on 9/1/23

For ~$250 per ticket, we expected a lot from the club access. The food was very disappointing - not “elevated” from the rest of the food at the tournament. Drink prices and quality were also the same as the rest of the tournament. The views of 13th were restricted to the green unless you were fortunate to get limited seating where green and fairway are visible. The only advantage was the pop up restrooms. We will buy general access in the future - I suggest you do the same.

    Lost the bubble

    by Golfequipmentpro on 9/1/23

The tour has sold out to corporate power. There was limited seating for the general public and the loss of the veterans seating years ago means that vets had nowhere to go.

Fun Experience with only 2 Issues

    by Mart on 8/31/23

Have been going to the Sunday of the Tour Championship for 5 years now. Overall it is always an exciting experience with some nice opportunities to see some great players and great golf. Only 2 concerns for us: One is that the First Tee Box now has a new covered 2 level seating area that is ONLY open to the public on the upper level (lower is reserved) and the free seating capacity has been reduced from the previous configuration. We got there 30 min before the first tee time in the morning and there were already no seats left. That has never happened before. The area/floor behind the seats didn't have any view at all so we had to leave. Second, not sure why all concessions and stores (even under safe cover) are forced to shut down during a weather delay. The fans have nowhere to go and the employees are safe under tents and inside buildings. Everyone just stands around outside, patrons and employees. Other than that, enjoyed it as always!

    Prices for food and Bev

    by Inflation Finder on 8/30/23

While the event was outstanding, have to take away from the overall rating as the prices for food and beverage were criminal - two wraps and two beers with tip should NOT be $65... While I recognize they need to make money, take a page out of the Augusta National Playbook and be more reasonable on those prices...

Great golf but very poor facilities

    by Imtiyaz on 8/30/23

Water stations were not there. I could find only one. Food and drinks were very expensive. There was no information about where the buses will be available after the game. Overall the facility for the spectators were very poor.

Michelin Ultra Tent = Waste of Money

    by MatthewN on 8/30/23

The golf was good. Don’t pay for the OVERSOLD Michelin Ultra Tent. Stood in there for hours. Not one seat turned over. If you get there VERY early and grabbed a seat, it may be worth it. If not, stay away and don’t pay the extra hundreds of dollars. Complete waste of money.

    Great all in all

    by NS on 8/30/23

Myself and my colleague enjoyed the tournament all in all. It was hot and we couldn’t find the water stations. Most places we stopped at either had very long lines or ran out of food. As a vegan, I also couldn’t find many choices. Ultimately I just focused on catching my preferred golfers and following them around the course. I couldn’t help but thinking about how to elevate our general experience though.
