We sat in section 114 and really enjoyed our time at the ballpark.
This was our first trip to new Florida Ballpark. The atmosphere was amazing and the Ballpark was spectacular. Plenty of concessions to choose from and a larger Gator Shop compared to previous location. It was very clean and cup holders on every seat back. We had seats behind third base and had an excellent time. The kids were able to play in the berm and try to catch fly balls. It is truly a fan friendly Ballpark. To top it off the Gators won.
Didn't go to the game. Rode around looking for a place to park. There were places to park, but there were also more tow away zone signs than in New York City. If this University wants people to support their sports programs, they should make it easier to attend them. I'll pay for convenient parking, but to ride in circles with empty lots readily available, it's too much. I will never purchase tickets for a UF event again.
Diamond Deck offers amenities which are okay. Included are hotdogs, popcorn, cookies and soda. The hotdogs are barely passable. The lounge furniture used to be on the concourse but has been moved to the cramped passage behind the boxes.
The 2 year new Florida Ball Park is certainly now one of the premier collegiate parks in the USA. Excellent seating, modern, great food concessions, excellent lighting for night games, excellent staff. Of course college baseball is superb!
Seats were great. There isn't a bad seat 8n the whole ballpark. Concessions and bathroom facilities are close. Need more handicap parking spaces but overall a great experience and we will be back for another game.
The new stadium for Florida Gators baseball is roughly one billion times better than their old stadium. A great place to watch baseball!
The new ball park at Florida is a must see. Almost everything about it is great ! Wide open area's, faces in the right direction very beautiful. Only draw back is the concession stands are not built to handle the size of the crowds, so be prepared to wait in a long line. I will go back but knowing probably won't get a soft drink.
Fantastic family friendly environment that is extremely welcoming and clean. Only real complaint is concessions. During the game the wait is about 30+ minutes for food items.
Opening day was fantastic! Great venue and great win!
The environment was fantastic, mainly the music, the fan interaction, and the wide variety of food options. Also, the big screen that displays the information regarding the names of the players and their numbers is very helpful for the fans to support certain players.
Great park - very nice seating. Very slow response for a ticket from Ticket master. It required almost 5 minutes to go thru the screens to buy a ticket Ticketmaster gets 1 Star.
Beautiful stadium. Concessions could be better organized, but overall a great experience.
Ballpark was amazing! Best college park we've ever seen. Had a great time!
Game and stadium great! Concessions are pricey and not very yummy (mediocre pretzrl and burned popcorn).
Seats were great the atmosphere was amazing can’t wait to go back!
Worth the long drive to see a great team play a great game. True champs.
Good sporting event, great atmosphere, it was very hot
This was a great game! Both teams battled from the first inning. But the last two innings were truly classic. After Georgia tied the game at 5 each in the top of the eighth inning, Florida couldn't score in the bottom. Then, in the top of the ninth, Georgia went ahead by 1. But Florida wasn't finished. In the top of the ninth, with no out and runners at first and second, Florida tried a double steal. However, the runner on second pulled up and was stranded between second and third because the runner from first was standing on second. First out! But the next batter laced a single into left-center, scoring the runner from second. Tied up! The next two batters got on base. The next batter hits a stratospheric fly to deep center, and the players and fans go WILD! Florida wins the bottom of the ninth, 7-6! Excellent college ball by both teams! Too bad one had to lose, really!
My first game at FL baseball staduim to watch them play the GA Bulldogs. Stadium was smaller than i expected, our seats along 3rd base line were up 10 rows...excellent viewpoint. Lots of promotional activity between innings to help time pas quickly. And, it was an exciting game.
