UTSA Roadrunners Football Tickets

We thoroughly enjoyed the game, the venue, and the in-stadium F&B offerings, however to charge large venue/school prices, they need to find a way to provide expedited F&B services. Additionally, the outdoor activities at the entrance are a nice touch, especially having a band stage, but we, disappointed with no F&B offerings outside, did not attend. If you want fans to enjoy pregame festivities, especially in South Texas weather, you’re going to have to offer some F&B options outside. Not everyone that attends the game went to UTSA and has interest in the alumni tailgate event.

The first game against Houston was intense. Both teams came to play! It was definitely a nail-biting game and even though "we" lost, the loss was in triple overtime! I remember the excitement in the very first game 11 years ago and the very last game of last season. UTSA has come a long way and I'm happy to share in their excitement! Also, my 75yo father and 6 yo granddaughter are huge fans as well. We try to go to as many games possible and we love them all win or lose. #Birdsup

UTSA opening festivities were awesome starting with Spazmatics then concessions fully staffed. Smoke and freshmen intro were outstanding especially with Timmy Trumpet to finish

Great game, great seats, plenty of concessions. But, if covid is over and most are vaccinated. Lets get back to cash! For the spurs games and the UTSA games. This is ridiculous, having to swipe your card for everything. Get the beer,sodas, cotton candy guys going.. Id love to see the vendor's walking around. Cold Beer! Peanuts! Cash cash cash!!!

We love the upper level $10 tickets! We can see the whole field, we’re not seating on top each other and it’s a great experience.

Probably the best football game I have ever been to in my life! Great crowd, triple overtime!

Need much improvement on Alamodome entry. Long lines at the metal detectors. 4 being used on the side we went in, while 4 other ones were sitting idle. Come on. Loved the Spazmatics. But, once inside the experience was awesome. GREAT game.

This game was electric and super exciting! My team won the game so that made this game extra special. We had great seats next to the band so the entire college football experience was incredible!

Parking information and directions were a problem. First we read that Alamodome had no parking available. Then, we read that only season ticket holders had parking spots. Day of the game we still didn’t know what the parking situation would be. So disorganized. Blocked streets, so finally ended up paying over $70 to park. It was close to the stadium so afterwards, when it was raining, we were happy about that. Also, we got out very quickly, but $70?? The venue itself had terrible acoustics - it was impossible to hear the announcements and what was going on during the game. Also it was very unorganized outside the Alamodome. We ended up following others in through a gate, but no one was checking our tickets at all! No one seemed to care if the ticket on my phone was even there! Great game but the venue and parking was terrible.

This is simply a review of the concessions. The items available in the 200 sections were minimal at best and cold. We were one of the first customers in line and based on the amount we spent was wasted. Do better! Lack of variety in beer, snack options and quality of items.

UTSA vs. U of H game: we picked second 105 as we loved the seats last year. This year, our seats-- 105 row 10 seat 1 and 2. We picked an aisle seat so my 6'6" husband isn't cramped in a row. The seat map shows an aisle-- but when we got there, the aisle between seat 1 in Section 105 and seat 18 in Section 104 was compacted together with barriers to access the aisle. That meant to access the seats you had to go through 18 people on either side of 105 or 104 to get to an aisle seat??? That didn't prevent people from climbing over the barricade to access the row, only crashing into every person at the end of 105 and 104. I bought these seats months in advance and I am really disappointed.

Wish they open up all levels to fill up dome few games I couldn't go to no seats available

We purchased tickets the day before so wasn’t expecting seating to be the best. I was happily surprised! Our seats were perfect for viewing the entire field and being part of one of the largest, loudest crowds in Roadrunner history!

Best football game ever ! College Football in person is an unbelievable experience !

Ticketmaster did a great time at the Alamo Dome and watching UTSA win another fantastic game.

I have season tickets in the club level section. Couldn't ask for a better team to represent San Antonio. UTSA football. I expect high prices but..popcorn is always cold and stale, the concession stands never has mustard, ketchup or mayonnaise available. Whoever is in charge of concessions does a terrible job. Other than that. Go Runners !

The game was great; however, this was the third time I had a horrible experience with the concessions. The QR code and ordering process is great. I'm not sure who the vendors are or if there is a staffing shortage but it's as if past the front-end point-of-sale these things go wrong: - actual order is lost - food runs out (doesn't Alamodome know how many tickets are sold and can staff and stock up food accordingly? Again, I realize there are supply chain and staffing challenges.) - text communication re: order is never received

Ticketmaster ALWAYS provided me the BEST seats to the UTSA games! Also, FANTASTIC seats to next year’s Chicago Concert! I can’t wait!!! 👍🏼
