US Figure Skating Championships Tickets

This was a great event for a figure skating competition. The seats were comfortable, and had perfect sightlines to the ice. The temperature was comfortable; and we could hear the announcers and music but they were not deafening. The bathrooms were clean and plentiful, and there were decent food choices. We were completely satisfied. I hope Nationals returns to this venue in the near future.

1. We chose to "will call" our tickets so that it would not be necessary to use a cell phone to access them. At Will Call the tickets were simply sent to the cell phone. No paper tickets were available. 2. Access to the ADA accessible seats was difficult and limited. An official escorted us to the seats through a closed off area. 3. The doors did not open on time, so there was a lot of standing around.

We went to the final show, to see everyone that won. Great show, about 2 hours long. There weren't that many people in attendance, and they were strewed all over the venue and spread out. I would love to see them just use the lower seats, and have everyone more in one group. People just sat where they wanted, not many ushers. We moved down to first level, but why have people up in the nosebleed sections when there are so many seats available??

The seats (123 row 10) we ended up getting shouldn’t have been for sale at all. they were obstructed by the floor camera boom and the big screen above also obstructed by the overhead spotlights. Not a good experience at all. Should be rated as zero star!

It was truly entertaining and enjoyable to watch the best skaters competing!!! The are all champions!!

Great time in San Jose for the 2023 Figure Skating Championship. Very well organized. Nice facility and wonderful staff who made you feel welcome. San Jose is a great place to see an event without traffic and squalor. Much better then other championship i have been to. But in the future DO NOT have these events during the NFL championship. That is a big mistake. And i know people are going to be mad when i say this but please, Please, PLEASE(!!!!) do not bring children under 5 to this event. For three of the days i had children running up and down the stairs, crying, restless and kicking the back of the seat. This isn’t Disney on Ice!!!!! This is a MAJOR competition. It should be treated as such. Children have attention spans of 10 seconds. Find a babysitter!!! Those who brought their children ruin the event as these children are not interest under 5. Like going to church or the ballet please control your children!!!!! And lastly for those select few who think it is acceptable to walk down the stairs when the person is preforming what is wrong with you???? They don’t allow this in hockey or the theatre. It is rude to the preformers and all those who must navigate your rudeness in the audience.

Loved the skating. Good competition. Appreciated the health concerns being addressed prior to event arrival.

The layout is straight forward. The facility was very clean, including restrooms. But most of all, the staff were extremely efficient, helpful and friendly! Best experience ever! Looking forward to my next visit!

I really enjoyed exciting competition. Hope I will have opportunity to watch US national next year.

It was spo cool watching the skaters warm up. I've never been to a skating competition before, always watched on tv It was ecciting watching the skaters. The audience clapped after everyjump and spin

Loved seeing skating live in an area that seemed relatively intimate for its size. Hope figure skating comes back to Nashville soon!

Bought tickets for my wife for Christmas. First time ever using the Ticketmaster app for event entry. Everything could not have gone smoother.

The event featured great skating, but the break for the country music concert was unwelcome. This was not listed as part of the event and had I known, I might have arrived late and purposely missed the first three skaters to avoid sitting for an extra hour to get through the music. I came to see skating. Period. Also, not sure who was responsible for the merchandising for this event, but it was extremely disappointing. Almost nothing that said US Figure Skating or Nationals, nothing with any of the headlining skaters, instead everything had “Nashville” and loud guitars plastered across it.

Everything went smoothly with entrance and event was awesome. An item checked off my bucket list!

The venue was awesome. Cleanly. Good food options. Could see skaters. Best us figureskating men’s event ever.

The Ticketmaster app allowed me to enter the facility with ease. It showed the dates and times ( several tickets over 2 days) and kept me current through email links of requirements for entry. Easiest thing ever! Great!

We attended two days worth of sessions at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville and loved our experiences. The Arena was a perfect venue and although our seats were higher up among those available, we had excellent views complimented by the large screens at center ice. The staff were wonderful and processed the entrance in amazing time considering you had to go through security, show your proof of vaccination status, and then have your tickets scanned. I felt very safe and everyone cooperated with the mask requirements. The food options were good with short lines and I loved that no food or beverages were allowed into the actual seating area. Everything was clean and you didn't have to worry about your neighbors having an accident. I think my only request for the future would be for the approximate ending time for sessions to be shown on the schedule. We had to guess as to how long a session would last and that messed us up on Sunday as with the extra activities, the lengthy intermission and the awards celebrations both before and after the men's free skate, we didn't have time to make our anticipated trip back home and then be back in time for the evening skating event. But that was a minor inconvenience. Loved the events, loved the facility, and the staff, and so proud of Nashville and how well they hosted this major event.

Fantastic show. Very well organized and the performances were amazing. It was a real experience to see so much wonderful talent all in place.
