Why are these guys not 100 times more popular?

    by Cal1994 on 3/21/15The National - Richmond

Where to begin!?! Excellent crowd interaction - had people singing, clapping, bully engaged. Ran out into the audience to take a selfie with some guy and his girlfriend. The band sounded awesome and clearly was having a good time. Excellent song selection and even better than the videos I saw of them on Youtube. Cannot wait until they come back in town!! You guys were freakin' awesome!!

The crowd was small, but they're a great band with a lot of potential. Looking forward to future albums and songs by them.

    Great Irish rocking drinking time!!

by Radjenn on 3/19/14Harrah’s Resort SoCal - The Events Center - Valley Center

The Fighting Jamesons were great. Thank goodness for random billboards off of the 805 or else we would have never discovered this gem. Too bad they booked a venue all the way out in Valley Center. Valley whosit whatsit?! Exactly. Timbuktu. A nice venue but man. It was a trek. Had they booked a venue closer to San Diego-San Diegans love their Irish rock bands-they probably would have sold more tickets and to a younger crowd. Despite this the Jamesons- who were apparently running on no sleep-still killed it and made new fans out of us. They put on a kick arse show. Great music. Obligatory drinking and an all around great time. Slainte.

Good energy especially the lead singer. Classy punk style, not so much pub style.

    Warm-up acts cooled us down

by NorvaNogo on 1/2/13The Norva - Norfolk

The Fighting Jamesons were great, but not great enough to make up for the lackluster warm-up bands, who should have been called "The Loud Caucasians Wearing Plaid". 1 1/2 hours of having our ears blasted out by marginal musical talent with unintelligible vocals and a half-hour break before the Jamesons took the stage killed the mood. The Jamesons were able to bring it back, but it would have been a lot nicer to be primed for them after being warmed up, rather than simply trying to endure until they took the stage.
