The Australian Bee Gees Show was great!

by BARER on 8/4/13Broadway Playhouse at Water Tower Place - Chicago

The fellows playing the Bee Gees really sounded like the original. The musical group did a great job making you think the Bee Gees were playing the music. Enjoyed every minute.

by Gumby711 on 8/4/13Broadway Playhouse at Water Tower Place - Chicago

One of the best times I've ever had! People up and dancing in the aisles! The guys who played the Bee Gees were incredibly talented, especially the Barry Gibb guy.

by Maresy on 8/4/13Broadway Playhouse at Water Tower Place - Chicago

The Australians had a phenomenal feat to accomplish and they pulled it off. They are excellent musicians, spirited performers, and full of heart. They brought the audience to their feet and really entertained. Quite authentic imitation of the Bee Gees.

Australian Bee Gees Show Was a Blast!

by littleredheadgirl2 on 8/4/13Broadway Playhouse at Water Tower Place - Chicago

This show was so much fun! The performers really embodied the Bee Gees rather than mimicked them. The entire cast was so talented and the audience could not have had a better time.

    These Guys Were awesome!!

by Sunnyhoosiet on 8/3/13Broadway Playhouse at Water Tower Place - Chicago

I felt like I was at a Bee Gee concert ! The costumes and wigs hair styles were right on!! There were a couple of songs they included that were shortened that I wish they would have performed the whole song but overall I was truly impressed! Would like to see it again in the future. well worth it!!!

    BEE GEES SENSATIONAL!

by MARCELLAANN on 8/3/13Broadway Playhouse at Water Tower Place - Chicago

iI treated my daughter and two granddaughters to see the Bee Gees on Wednesday. The group was popular before the younger ladies time so they didn't know what to expect. But they were really pleased with the music and performance as was myself and my daughter. well worth the time and expense.

    STILL FEELING THE JOY!!

by jammydubs on 8/3/13Broadway Playhouse at Water Tower Place - Chicago

I always loved the Bee Gees and their incredible music and it was a most wonderful performance! The resemblance to the Gibb brothers was remarkable and the voices were great; such a talented group of musicians. A cousin of mine has always looked like Barry, and when "Barry Gibb" got on stage, he looked more like my cousin than my cousin!!!! It was a very special, somewhat melancholy evening, enjoyed by all.

The Australian Bee Gees Shows was fun, fun, fun.

by Showlover72 on 8/2/13Broadway Playhouse at Water Tower Place - Chicago

Though the audience was only about half filled, those there, including myself and my husband, had a great time. The guys playing the parts of the Bee Gees were spot on in their singing and even looked enough like Barry, Maurice, and Robin to pass for them at a distance. There isn't a bad seat in the Broadway Playhouse at Water Tower Place in Chicago, so seeing was never a problem. And since the audience was small, there was even room for some dancing, which many took advantage of. It was a really fun show and kept the memory of the Bee Gees "Staying Alive.".

Took me back 40 years..singers and band were fabulous...especially Barry. The lead guitarist in the back on my right put in a great sideshow as well.

by Vivianos on 8/1/13Broadway Playhouse at Water Tower Place - Chicago

Not expecting a great show due to newspaper reviews, but my mom and I found this to be an EXCELLENT show that we'd see over and over again. Can't say enough how great this group was and REALLY got the audience participation going!

    Highly Recommend this show...

by calinder403 on 8/1/13Chicago - Broadway in Chicago - Chicago

Great show - they nailed it. I highly recommend this show. It will do great if and when it lands in Vegas. There is really no other way to see and hear this great Bee Gees music since all but one of these uber talented brothers have passed away. The Bee Gees are in the Rock and Roll HOF, don't forget. This is a great way to experience a very close facsimile of the actual Brothers Gibb. I tow very minor quibbles with the performance in general. 1. How can they not find a place in the show for perhaps their greatest song - Fanny (Be Tender with My Love)? And 2. the name of the famous recording studio in Miami is Criteria, not Criterion - as it was spelled out in large letters above the stage. But other than that - it was very enjoyable!....

by CPRich on 7/31/13Broadway Playhouse at Water Tower Place - Chicago

The Australian Bee Gees show was well done and very entertaining. My wife and I saw the Bee Gees live twice and this show brought back some good memories. The artist playing Barry looked the part very well and carried the show!

    Awesome Australians

by mcbarb on 7/30/13Broadway Playhouse at Water Tower - Chicago

This show was amazing. I am a Bee Gees Fanatic. I closed my eyes and thought it was really them. Matt Baldoni is awesome as Barry and the others had the Twins mannerisms down perfectly. The show was fantastic. Would love to see it again.

    Australian Bee Gees

by abc2402l on 7/28/13Broadway Playhouse at Water Tower Place - Chicago

The show was fantastic, they really did a great job, singing all the songs that the original BeeGees were performing one time, it is great when performers can be just like the original ones, sometimes it is not working out, but these guys really had it in them. Downtown is hard for us to get to, but if they would come back to maybe the Rosemont, where they were one night only this spring, we would go see them again for sure. Because the Theater being small, the acustic was not the best, but the guys were great, and so was the whole show!
