    AWESOME SHOW!

by RedSpecial on 5/31/16The Venue at Horseshoe Casino - Hammond

I HIGHLY recommend seeing Space Oddity- David Brighton's tribute to David Bowie. I have been a Bowie fan since I was a kid, but wasn't lucky enough to ever see him live. David Brighton's show was the closest thing that there is. The band was tight, the setlist was fun, they had people dancing in the aisles. David had costumes to represent the different era's of Bowie's career that he was touching on. I look forward to seeing him again! I have already recommended his show to other music fan's.

    David Bowie reborn?

by Philosopher56 on 5/31/16The Venue at Horseshoe Casino - Hammond

David Brighton's tribute to Bowie was amazing. His impersonation was spot-on, down to the voice and all the little Bowie mannerisms. But, most importantly, it was the band's flawless performance, particularly from the lead guitarist, that made the evening memorable. If you never heard all the Bowie hits live, this is your chance. It was almost enough to make us forget how crappy the venue was (Venue at Horseshoe Casino). Highly recommended.

    Great Event

by MerlinAja on 5/30/16Twin River Event Center - Lincoln

David Brighton presents a great tribute to David Bowie. He looks like David, sounds like him, and moves like him. Brighton invited the audience to come up to the front of the stage and dance. We took him up on his offer and had a great time. He seemed to be having fun himself, which made it more fun for us. Great performer. Bowie's songs are classic and everyone sang along. Highly recommended it. The other musicians were great, too. they did a fabulous job with "Pressure." Guitarist did a great job on Freddie Mercury's part.

David Brighton sounded exactly like David Bowie. It made me so emotional! It was amazing! Lots of energy, spot on body language, costume changes, and lots of audience participation. I would definitely see them live again!

    We love Faux Bow!!

by Terra12345 on 8/1/15Pasadena Civic Plaza - Pasadena

The Pasadena Outdoor Concert Series is great, and we loved seeing this band there. The singer has many of Bowie's quirks down and does a great job with his songs. They played most of the big hits and threw in a few non-Bowie songs to mix things up. I would definitely see this band again, and Space Oddity is a must see for any Bowie fan. I only wish they'd done more songs off of Ziggy Stardust, Diamond Dogs, and 1984.

David Brighton and his group capture every element of what it was like to have seen the original Bowie in concert.

Brighton as Bowie is one spectacular show!

by BrightonIsPhenom on 7/27/15Pasadena Civic Plaza - Pasadena

Loved this venue for David Brighton's Bowie show! Great seating, plus a standing room only section that doesn't block the view of those sitting. Stage is high enough so everyone can see! The show itself -- PHENOMENAL! I've seen this Bowie show many times -- David and his band NEVER EVER disappoint! It is a must see show! Song list is all Bowie's hits! Great costumes just like Bowie wore!

    David Brighton IS David Bowie!

by ReverendMary on 7/27/15Pasadena Civic Plaza - Pasadena

This was my 4th or 5th time seeing David Brighton's tribute to David Bowie. That is how good he is. At every show he has the people up and dancing and singing along with all of Bowie's biggest hits. His artistic brilliance is incomparable! He always hangs out after the show for a meet and greet and is one of the most appreciative artists (of his fans) I've ever seen. He is worth every cent and then some!

    Tribute Bowie was Awesome!

by JasonAndcompany on 7/18/13OC Fair & Event Center - Costa Mesa

The David Bowie tribute singer and band were 1st rate; the show was spectacular. My husband and I bought tickets to the show, because our 7-yr old son is such a big Bowie fan. We enjoyed the singing, music, and all the costume changes. Our son really rocked out to Rebel, Rebel; Panic in Detroit; Jean Genie; and Suffragette City. We are truly impressed that a show of this high caliber was at the Orange County Fair. We go to the Orange County Fair every year, usually twice during their season.

David Brighton's Space Oddity Is A Must See Event!

by Mischamistyblue on 7/18/13OC Fair & Event Center - Costa Mesa

If you are a fan of David Bowie, you will be thrilled by this show! David Brighton's stellar performance will make you believe that you are seeing and hearing the man himself as Brighton recreates the different personas of David Bowie. It is a magical journey back to the time of the glam rock era and Brighton's performance is electrifying. During this particular show, Bowie's album 'Aladdin Sane' was performed in it's entirety in celebration of it's 40th anniversary. It is by far, one of his best work and it was a rare treat experiencing it performed live on stage once again. This along with other classic Bowie hits made for a truly memorable evening!

One of the best tribute bands!

by GOANGELS on 7/17/13OC Fair & Event Center - Costa Mesa

When this band plays the OC Fair, they target the hearts of all rock fans, not just hard core Bowie fans. They play many of David Bowie's most popular music. This show was the celebration of the 40 year anniversary of Alladin Sane. The band played the entire album, which was phenomenal.

    Really Good!

by dSbdrummer on 7/16/13The Hanger - Costa Mesa

They did all of Alladin Sane the night we saw them, and some lyrics got missed, but I don't think they were songs from the normal setlist. The guitar solos and background vocals were outstanding. The Mike Garson keyboard spots were nailed (wow!). And the final encore was a great rendition of the Time Warp (Rocky Horror). They also played Bang A Gong by T. Rex, would rather have heard one more Bowie song (1984, Queen Bitch, Life On Mars, Hang On To Yourself, Man Who Sold The World, or even Changes).
