I wasn't really sure what the musical was all about. However, the singing was outstanding and so were the performances by the actors. It was captivating! I took my mother who was recently widowed. She too enjoyed the show and is still talking about it!
Seeing it again after 25 years Ibwas not disappointed. The CIBC did a great job following COVID protocols. We felt safe, and could relax and enjoy the show.
My friends booked the tickets for us but I found there was a pillar in front of my seat, I cannot see all the stage all night. I talked to the officers there but no one could help and told me I should have know when we bought it online. But I am very certain that there was no reminder or instructions on the seat sheet showing that we would be obstructed. The show is nice, but I dont understand why seats like mine are selling and without any reminder
My first show since the pandemic and I felt very safe. I really appreciate that vaccination is required for everyone and that we all had to wear masks. It felt strange being in a full theatre but I felt very safe with all the precautions that were in place. Ushers were helpful and lovely. Show was absolutely fantastic. The magic that happens inside a theatre is one that cannot ever be diminished. So happy to be back.
As good as or better than the original Broadway cast! This was the first musical I ever saw in a theater in NYC, and I'm so thankful I was able to experience the farewell tour.
First time seeing a show since Covid and it was phenomenal! The Covid protocols made me feel safe. I wish the lines were shorter because I wanted to drink during the show but overall everything was wonderful!!

It was great to be back in a theater seeing a live production with a packed house. But it wasn't appropriate to bill this show as "Broadway in Chicago." Several leading cast members had never had leading parts before this production, and it showed. There were some magical moments for sure, and a couple of the cast members were really strong, but some performances felt really unpolished for a show billed as "Broadway in Chicago."
First time seeing Rent. Cast was great. Venue is beautiful. Only challenge was parking structure (be sure to know which structure you pre-pay for). Great overall experience.
Total blast to see a show again finally. Such a great great experience. Very grateful to have the attendees screened for vaccination. An ideal option to just require vaccinations and not inaccurate testing results.
The show is flawless as expected. However it exceeded all expectations between audience reactions and the performances of the cast.
This was the first time I saw RENT and now that I have, I don’t know why I waited so long. It was fabulous! What a talented and energetic cast. Now I want to see it again!
We splurged and fifth row seats as part of a anniversary weekend. So glad we did! It was absolutely incredible to see all the actors faces so close to appreciate the nuances of their performances beyond their marvelous singing. I believe the Chicago run has ended but if this comes up in your city - GO!
This is the second time I have seen rent. The 1st time I saw it was in 1998 with the original cast. I loved it then and I loved it this time. This cast had just amazing voices!
Very good service very clean easy entrance and exit comfortable seating this is our second show and we will definitely be back and the show itself was amazing
I bought the suite package with our tickets and it was well worth it! The performance was one of the best I’ve seen. The voices were exceptional as was the acting. I would recommend this to anyone.

The show was amazing, but Ticketmaster is a master at ripping you off with their parking offer. I paid in advance for parking, and although the parking garage accepted my QR code upon entry, it still charged me full price fir parking as I was exiting!
The show was amazing! Staff did a great job checking vaccine cards and enforcing masks. I felt very safe and so happy to be back at the theatre!
