We arrived by 6 pm to park and tailgate before the concert. VERY easy and loved the venue!!!
Parking was a breeze and the attendants were very helpful
we didnt even park in the parking garage, we paid $10.00 to park right next to the venue, the parking garage was much further away, we had never been there, so we didnt know
My husband & I thought we were paying for a specific parking spot. We paid to get into a gate. Ticket noted parking lot, row & space. Lines were long & moving slowly. We were not given an option online where we could park.
The yellow lot for ADA was clearly labeled and the parking was convenient. The shuttle takes you right to the door.
I spent $25 to park and the sign when i arrived stated people could park for $15. I will not buy parking tickets in advance again.
To charge $30 for parking and still have to walk nearly 5 blocks to the entrance is ridiculous
This year parking was great, even though the offer to purchase a parking ticket, didn’t come available, until a few days before the game!!!!
One person to verify parking money, totally disgusting
I cannot understand why I paid $25 to park the day before and for this game I paid $45 to park, I feel like there’s a price gouging just because it was a BCC game and not a hurricanes game.
No bathrooms, long walk for some but easy to leave to get back on I95.
I need parking close too the stadium , because Im handicap.
Getting to ADA parking was a breeze, thus three stars. However, parking spaces were still too far from the stadium for those with mobility issues. Additionally, once you gain access through the gates, it is still a long way to the seating areas. As best as possible, parking should be closer and there should be better stadium access for disabled persons. Upon leaving the event, a staff person tried to make us exit where by we would have had to walk around the outside of the stadium to get to the ADA parking area. However, another staff intervened and allowed us to re-enter the stadium to go through, rather than around.
The parking pass was a mile away, the lines to get in were not clearly marked all three were 2+ miles long. It took 90 minutes to get into the venue and the lines for drinks and merch were so long you were unable to find the end. Couldn’t really see or hear that good from the 300’s and there was only one exit?! Never going back to this Venue!
We purchased a parking pass online with a QR code. Entry into the garage was quick and easy. The garage blocked off the side parking on two levels making the exit after the concert a minimum wait. In the past, we have waited an hour to exit the garage after a concert.
Ticket only said FTX Arena and did not have an address, so went to the lot directly next to the arena and on my way out was told I'd have to pay $30.00 to exit.
I paid for parking ahead of time, but didn't have a place to park. Had to park across the street at a grocery store and paid another 20.00. Will not do that again.
Bought parking in advance only to be across the street from the stadium. My brother did not buy in advance ans was able to park in the stadium parking lot fornthe same price. So what is the point of buying in advance. Also, parking at events at thia stadium bas always been $20. Suddenly it's $40? Seems like price gouging.
Plenty of spots and easy to get to. About a 10-15 minute walk to the venue.
Ticketmaster made everything so easy and smooth. The game was great being on the winning side and all. The seats were great as well. The game was on Sunday, Sunday night we were planning our trip and seats for next year! Just waiting on those pre sale tickets to open up!!
