Fun

We're sorry, but we couldn’t find any events. Try updating your location and date range, or use more general keywords.

My date and I had never been to a roller derby before and this was a fun experience.
I had never been to RollerDerby before and wasn't sure what to expect. There were two "games". I would call them JV and Varsity. The JV was pretty bleak, but the Varsity was fun enough to watch that it made up for how bad the JV was. We also sat by an injured Roller Girl who explained the rules to us. That helped a lot. It was something different and fun to try. We enjoyed it.
The girls were amazing. Tough!!! Awesome to watch. But it was too darn cold in the arena... Made it hard to enjoy. Section A and B seats were not identifiable paid more and sat in general admissions .
I appreciate the concept of rollergirls in Omaha and the athletes' efforts. However, for the $50 it cost three of us to go, I would have rather spent that money on something else. The AAA game was slow, uneventful, and we lost by over 100 points. The All-Star game was better, but still no where on the level of women's roller derby of the past. We won't be going back.
The Omaha Rollergirls totally rocked the MAC on May 19th! I had SOOO much fun! I'll definitely go back.
This was my first time seeing the Omaha Rollergirls and I was amazed! My husband and I had the best time.
Having never been to see the Rollergirls, I was pleasantly surprised. Took the family and had a really nice time. Will go back. Good entertainment for a reasonable price.
These girls give 200%! You can tell they are dedicated to the sport and all their hard practice pays off!! Love watching these girls give it!! It's SO nice to have another sporting event beside football, baseball and all those other sports I don't like. THIS sport, I LOVE! Now if the media would get on board and show these girls the respect they deserve it would be perfect! We went to our first derby game last year......the Jr Team skates first.....THEN the All Stars come out.....so don't leave after the first group is done. The All Stars are animals <3!!
I liked watching the Rollergirls, especially the all stars, but there was too much stoppage in the action and too many delays. Many people left at halftime. I wanted to stick around and we did through the first part of the second half, but there were more stoppages and my friends could not take it anymore. Sometimes the delays would be 15 minutes.
