Newsies (Chicago) Tickets

Didn't expect it to be as great as it was!! Amazing!! Would definitely go back and take the rest of my friends/family. Dancing was CRAZY.

Cast was very expressive( but I had to use binoculars to see from balcony) and way more professional than I thought they would be.....story line, although a bit different from the movie, was excellent. Gymnastics wasn't as good as the movie, but still fun. The cadence of the rise and fall of the speaking voice of the lead female was very predictable...almost annoying. For a show expounding on the rights of the working class, the price wasn't very working class friendly.

The show was fantastic. The dance was par none. It pulled you into the story and held you until the end. On a side note we paid for the special room fee. It was also superb ! The food and bartender were great. Thanks for a great time.

Love exposing our children to culture events, but was annoyed that the tickets to Newies were so expensive. I thought this is Chicago not New York. I couldn't have been more wrong. This musical was beyond outstanding. The dancing with all the guys incredible, breath taking, and amazing. ( I have danced for over 40 years, tap being my favorite) Besides the dancing, the staging was mind blowing. How the choreographer and set director got together to put on this show was perfection at it's finest! I'll be honest I was a little disappointed in the female leads tap number. I wanted more, but maybe she isn't a tapper...I can see why the tickets were expensive and worth every penny! Had an amazing experience!

Newsies was amazing! I would see this show again and again! Every actor in this show was engaging and charismatic. The singing and dancing and stage props were off the charts! So so good. I took my 7 year old and 10 year old daughters and they were highly engaged for the entire show. My 10 year old told me she wished she could be in the show. Great job!

The cast was wonderful and very entertaining. It is definitely a must see if in the area and you like musicals. Disney does everything well.

Saw this show on two consecutive weekends and was blown away by the entire cast and their incredible dancing and vocals! If I could see this show every weekend, I would!

I saw it twice. Had to bring my niece to see the amazing dancing. The show was better than the original movie! Meant for the stage.

Such a moving show. Brings so much emotion and feelings. I laughed, I cried, I gasped, I sang... It was wonderful. Everyone in the cast is so sweet at the stage door and they're all very genuine. Their talent is phenomenal and the dancing is the best dancing I've ever seen in a show. It's amazing to see a bunch of guys involved in theatre like this, considering at my school we have to drag guys into auditioning for productions. I highly recommend this show before it ends on October 2nd! And don't forget to meet everyone at the stage door and congratulate them all for their accomplishments!

Fantastic cast, choreography, story. A must see. I've seen Newsies multiple times and love it always. Singing, dancing and story telling at its finest.

I ended up seeing the show twice over two consecutive nights... the performances were that amazing! The singing - particularly by the Newsies ensemble and Joey Barreiro who plays the leading role of Jack Kelly - gave me the chills and the dancing was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. And there was plenty of humor sprinkled in between scenes that added even more to an already outstanding show. I'm very upset the tour is ending in October - I've got my fingers crossed for an NYC Broadway revival!

10/10 the set designs, transitions, choreography and vocal performances were amazing!

I love this show! It was my second time seeing it and it was just as good if not better than the first. The Cadillac theater is incredible and we got suite service which just made our day even better! The actors were fabulous dancers and singer and it was so memorizing to watch them all. The set is so uniquely designed and fit that stage really well.

The musical Newsies was enjoyed by my entire party of seven. Personally I did not know that there had been a movie of the same name made years ago, but now that I've seen the play, I will look it up as well!

Words cannot express how awesome the show is. A true class act!!!!
