    Almost Perfect

by sabrwout on 2/13/24Metro Toronto Convention Centre - Toronto

At Christmas my nephew gifted me with 2 tickets for each of the 4 days of Fan Fair. The Mrs. and I rented a condo within walking distance of the Convention Centre and attended each day from beginning to (almost) the end. We collected several autographs, attended Q&A sessions, and met a lot of great people as we meandered the lines. A shout out to the several businesses including Cheetos, Pepsi, Oikos, and Tim Hortons, who kept us nourished and refreshed without charge. Top marks however, go to the Prince Edward Island All-star Clubhouse who seemed to serve up an endless supply of Cows ice cream, shucked oysters and fabulous lobster sliders. Thank you PEI!!!! Were it not for a silly policy - "Bags larger than 4"x6"x1.5"(the size of a small clutch) are prohibited"I would have rated the event a 5 star. (You can't carry many hockey books, cards or other hockey items in such a ridiculously small bag so ALLOW BACKPACKS) In addition I think the organizers could have provided a much more complete list of players who were signing 7 - 10 days prior to the event. Lastly the Mrs. and I would like to send best wishes for a speedy recovery to Lanny McDonald who graciously signed for us and several hundred other fans on Thursday the opening day of the Fair. Thank you Lanny for your time, the best wishes you extended to my wife, and for bringing smiles to so many of us.

by Marckus on 2/10/24Metro Toronto Convention Centre - Toronto

This was a great weekend I had the opportunity to knock off a bucket list item for my father and myself just being able to see the fans excited for the NHL and Toronto I won't forget this weekend and made more memories with my father

    A few inconveniences

by Celly on 2/9/24Metro Toronto Convention Centre - Toronto

The activities and events put out for the Fan Fair were great. Lots of fun and prizes available. There were also opportunities to meet different hockey players. That being said it was inconvenient that Brady Tkachuk and Mats Sundin got postponed from 1 pm to like 3 pm and 4 pm. I’m a bit disappointed by that because I came early just to catch them.

    Disappointed to say the least

by Nanilani on 2/7/24Metro Toronto Convention Centre - Toronto

So poorly organized that a bunch of people ended up leaving. Several meet and greets that had been scheduled were cancelled; several were rescheduled and couldn’t be found, or by the time we got there, we were told the lineup was closed two hours before they started; the red carpet was 30 minutes delayed and then an hour into the red carpet event, after only seeing 8 players, we were told we had to leave because after the red carpet event had started, THATS when they realized they needed a fire route. About 50-80 people, many of them kids who’d been waiting a couple of hours, were told to leave. MTCC and NHL should’ve thought about the fire route before they even opened that day.

    Fantastic Experience

by LeafsLover on 2/7/24Metro Toronto Convention Centre - Toronto

It was an amazing experience as a Leafs fan in Toronto! There was lots to do for both young and old. My kids loved the free giveaways. We visited on the last day of the fair, so the lineups were moving pretty fast.

    NHL Fan Fair

by Steve B on 2/7/24Metro Toronto Convention Centre - Toronto

It was a neat experience. I was expecting more. I’m not sure what that more was. Toronto is a hockey Mecca I assumed I would have had my hair blown back if that makes sense. The event was very predictable.
