An extremely moving event. The cellist, Cecilia Tsan, was incredible! How often do. You have an extended 3x standing ovation? I feel so fortunate to have been able to hear her play Dvorak with orchestra she is a part of, the Long Beach Symphony
The Concerto was great, such fine music, a very pleasant experience! My only criticism is with the seats and parking. If you're ADA, "DO NOT GET FRONT ROW SEATS"! (I did)... They actually have less room than the rest. If the actual ADA SEATS are sold out, you'll probably be okay unless you need wheelchair seats. The parking is crazy, it took 45 minutes to get out of the lot due to other events, so bring drinks and snacks and tailgate. Watch the calendar and verify otherwise, it's probably not too busy. Overall, a very nice evening â¨
The experience was marred and extremely uncomfortable because the temperature in the theater was tooooo hot, stuffy..

I can only say that this performance was perfection! Towards the end you could feel the electricity in the audience because people could hardly contain themselves in anticipation of jumping to their feet to give this Symphony a standing ovation. Truly a dramatic and unforgettable evening. Would also like to thank the Theatre personnel for doing such a wonderful job of directing people, keeping beverage lines moving. Restrooms were spotless and attendants keep lines moving. Proud to call Long Beach my home!
Though we sat on the last row of Balcony 3, the sound was amazing and their performance of Carmina Burana was as great as I have seen at the Royal Albert Hall in London. The Chorus was just as amazing.I am proud of our Long Beach Symphony.
The two lead violinists, the first female w grayish pink/purple hair and the man were unbelievable!!!! Emehat talent. Loved the symphony! Will be back
The seats were great! The selections were superb. The soloist were very talented.
the orchestra was absolutely beautiful. they played with emotion and passion and most of the sequences were tear-jerkers. i completely recommend to any and all classical music lovers. you will not be disappointed.
I really love the venue and the setting a outside. It was so relaxing.
