Baby-faced country star Hunter Hayes may be young, but he can hang tough with the best of 'em come showtime. The talented singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist is a one man powerhouse, playing virtually every instrument and assuming production duties on his self-titled No. 1 debut. His precocity extends to the stage, where his silky croon and boyish good looks are matched by his equally impressive energy and showmanship. Hayes knocked fans' socks off at his shows in 2013, and with a sophomore album set for release in 2014, his upcoming tour dates are sure to be no different.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Born in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, Hunter Hayes got an early start in music, taking up the accordion at age two and giving his first performances at age four. By age seven he had performed for Bill Clinton at the White House, and by age 13 he was singing away on America's Most Talented Kids. These would be end-of-career highlights for many performers, but for Hayes they were just the beginning. After opening for Taylor Swift on tour and penning songs for country icons Rascal Flatts, Hayes released his self-titled, self-produced debut album in 2011. The album peaked at No. 1 on the Top Country Albums chart and spawned several chart-topping singles, including his first No. 1 "Wanted." Since then, Hayes has racked up more awards and accolades than most performers twice his age, including a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist and a CMT Artist of the Year award.

She literally was brought to tears when she seen him. I was so happy to see her have so much fun and he did an awesome job. Everyone did such an awesome job. EXCELLENT SHOW!!!!

I do wish the pre-paid parking passes came with a bit more information since I wasn't sure which lot to park in when we got there.

by Kloyouknow on 5/30/23Roxian Theatre - PittsburghFirst time seeing Hunter Hayes in 4 years did not disappoint! The show was fantastic!! I love him and his new music. His shows always make me feel so warm and like I'm in the presence of an old friend. The meet & greet was shorter and more rushed than I expected for the amount that I paid, but I still loved getting to talk to him and getting a picture with him to commemorate the evening. I hope he adds more dates to the tour and I'll definitely go see him again!

It was nice to see everyone erupt when the old and more famous ones came on. You could tell he was happy and genuine being up there. Happy I got the Concert Week deal though. Opener was terrible in my opinion.

The only thing that I think could be improved is the quality of the sound system at this venue. It wasn't very clear, so if you didn't already know the lyrics you couldn't really understand what was being said. Otherwise 5 stars!

Secondly, the event staff, especially Harley, were extremely helpful and caring, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Thirdly, the venue was clean, the sound was a perfect level, and felt safe and inviting. I highly recommend this venue and always a Hunter Hayes fan.

He played his entire new album Red Sky and several other fan favorites including Wanted and my personal pick Crazy. I understand now why fans follow him state to state!!!

Also, Hunter Hayes makes the audience members feel like they matter, which is really cool. He has great energy. Overall, I couldn't imagine a better show experience, and would encourage you to attend his show if he's in your area!
