Beautiful venue, parking nightmare
FirstBank Amphitheater - Franklin
This brand new venue is beautiful and the staff was all super friendly. Lineup was great, artists sounded good. Parking however was a nightmare. Luckily I arrived early so it only took about a half hour to get in. Leaving however, took 2.5 hours. There was only 1 police car directing traffic and it was only outside of the vip parking. Everyone around me was extremely mad about this. There are some serious logistics that need to be worked out at this venue!

Unprepared venue
FirstBank Amphitheater - Franklin
Although this is not ticketmasters fsult, we did not make it to the concert as the venue was completely unprepared for the traffic and parking. What should have been approx. 30 minute tripped turned into a more than 2 1/2 hours in parked traffic trying to get there. At the start of the concert we were still 3 miles away and had not moved in at least 30 minutes so we turned around and went home as we would have missed at least half the concert. We heard that the concert ended staryed 1 hour and 45 minutes late and ended about a half hour earlier than expected. So it appears that the show was cut in half from the original performance times. Money wasted on a venue that was completely unprepared to handle the event

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!! All the performances were exceptional!! New Amphitheater in Franklin is beautiful!!!-- food was great--restrooms were clean and plenty of stalls ***** The only issue is the parking---- something must be done to improve the parking. Absolutely no organization or staff to help when leaving the venue, it was AWFUL 2 HOURS to get out on the main road.

Loved the show…venue is awesome… but the traffic horrendous!
FirstBank Amphitheater - Franklin
We scoped out the venue earlier in the day so decided to go early…arrived 90 minutes before advertised start time which ended up being two hours later because the majority of the ticket holders and some of the performers were stuck in traffic arriving to the venue. The show was great!…we then sat in our car in the parking lot over an hour and a half not moving. Traffic and parking need to be fixed but looks like will be a major issue. Such a beautiful venue but will not go back unless they come up with a solution 😞

Beautiful Venue… Terrible Traffic
FirstBank Amphitheater - Franklin
We were so excited to check out this new venue but we’re so discouraged when we arrived after sitting 2 miles away in the road for over 3 hours! We only heard about an hour of music. If it hadn’t been for a surprise appearance by Nelly we would have been really upset.

Great show, Beautiful Venue, Worst Parking experience EVER
FirstBank Amphitheater - Franklin
I got in my car at roughly 10:45. In an hour and thirty-five minutes, I had traveled about 4-5 car lengths. I did not get off of the venue's property until roughly 1:15 that morning. I then still had to travel down Graystone Quarry Ln, to get out to be able to get on 840. This is a beautiful venue, but unless something drastically changes, I honestly don't think I would ever want to go back. I just hope that the artists I want to see will not choose FirstBank.

Firstbank amphitheater experience
FirstBank Amphitheater - Franklin
Positive note -Venue has beautiful setting and multiple artists performing on same night for fundraiser was special. Negative- Concert started very late. One artist no showed and no explanation given. Traffic into venue and exiting was AWFUL. There were no workers in parking areas to direct exiting. Took 1.5 hours to get out of grass parking area to 2 lane road.

A few more comments
FirstBank Amphitheater - Franklin
We were sitting in 307. The volume was not great - we could fully hear the conversations of the people around us, even during the loudest songs. Consider turning up the volume or installing more speakers.

Room for improvement
FirstBank Amphitheater - Franklin
The show itself was amazing. Venue was gorgeous. Everything else - ehhh. Definitely need to figure out the traffic/parking. Actually shocking that this apparently wasn’t considered fully in the design process. How were a lot of the performers late? I have never seen this at a concert. It would have been nice to show a little flexibility - perhaps Lily Rose or one of the other performers could have come back out and played some more rather than leaving a restless crowd an additional hour+ on a weeknight. This definitely tainted the mood for the rest of the night and surely resulted in fewer donations.
