GAME WAS FUN, STAFF WAS NICE THAT SAT US DOWN, DISAPPOINTED IN THE CONCESSIONS. ONLY PIZZA WAS OPEN AND THE LINE WAS VERY VERY LONG. OTHER CONCESSION STANDS WHERE CLOSED FOR SOME REASON.. PARKING LOT WAS FANTASTIC FAST TO GET OUT OF AS WELL.
Great seats and they WON!! Very good experience. I would recommend these seats to anyone.
Game started at 6. People were arriving all thru the first half which meant you couldn't really watch the first half as your vision was blocked by herds of people and ushers.
My hubby and I had a wonderful time and we can't wait to do it again!
Worst place to see a game. Understaffed. Took way too long to get food. Food was terrible. Ushers were rude and un helpful.Took 1 hr to get out of the place. Worst experience I have ever had to watch a game. Never will go back.
The seats and the game was totally awesome. Our make recommend this event to anybody
I was disappointed to learn that the game time wasn't announced until a couple of days before the event. I didn't realize when I purchased the tickets the time was TBA. It ended up being at 1 pm on New Years Eve. I thought it would be a night game. Then once we got there the wait to get in was extremely long. It wasn't well organized. Parking was $10.00 which is way too much! I wont attend another event at the Greensboro Coliseum.
The game was great. Little disappointed with the 4 tickets 4 hot dogs 4 drinks deal for $60. It ended up being $87 after all the charges. But it was a big 20 oz drink & huge hot dog. I would do it again. Little disappointed when we got there- line was EXTREMELY long to scan tickets- it was a huge herd of people. Tip off about to happen & we finally get to front & then told we have to go to box office- VERY frustrating. At the box office we were given better seats- probably 20 rows up (MUCH better than our original upper level tickets) and the whole process was very quick and we were let back I'm front of line. Just really wish I had been notified before hand and we could have prepared better. Overall a good experience- my boys (husband included) enjoyed themselves.
The game was great! We were however late to our sears due to using the credit card purchase option. We were under the understanding that you just had to swipe you card. After waiting in line we were sent to will call where we waited some more. There they didn't know what to do. If I had known I had to go to will call, I would have just used the will call option. It was very frustrating that no one knew what we were talking about even after asking several people that worked there.
While the game was a bit of a blowout it was still a good game to watch. The Greensboro Coliseum as usual was very clean and easy to naviagate through. The seating was amazing, directly behind the Duke bench! Should the oppurtunity arise to see another game here i will definitley be going.
