My Dew Tour experience was among the most inspiring events I've been to in my life! Being in an environment among the courageous and insightful is awesome! The athletes and many of the fans are believers. Belief; it's the beginning of total success! First time Dew Tour attendant, lifetime fan!
The Dew Tour is possibly the best family friendly sporting event ever. Ocean City was an awesome venue. On the beach was beautiful. Took my wife and 4 kids ages 11,10,7,6. 2 boys and 2 girls. Friendly staff. Great seats. Action Zone and crew as always were helpful and courteous. We will definitely go again.

Needed to take my boys to OC for a mini vacation to stay at my husbands beach condo. As soon as I heard about the Dew Tour coming to OC I knew that was the perfect time to take them to the beach. Got them tickets for Friday and for Saturday both of them and also myself. They absolutely thought the events were awesome. They had the best time and we would definitely go again if this event comes back to Ocean City, MD.
after watching bmx and skateboarding on tv for years,to finally see it in person was amazing.you just cant express the amount of talent they have untill seeing it in person.
The Dew Tour was awesome. Hot, but awesome. The boys put all they had into a great performance for the fans!
DewTour in Ocean City Maryland was one of the most rad entertainments brought to Ocean City,MD. Totally enjoyed it. So much unbelievable talent! These guys are superheros with stamina and so many hard core tricks in and out of the air, in and out of the bowl. I totally admire their courageousness in getting down on such a modern day sport. And go Bucky Lasek....38 yrs.old and look at him still going in the WINS Column~
I took my boys to see it because their into skateboarding but I though this event would be nice for them too. It was great they have fun, specially at the PS3 Station they enjoy taking autograph. They freak out that they were so clothes to us like someone standing next to. Beside, that it rain on us we all had to walk to the parking lot and that became awesome for them. We went up to them for more autograph and it was nice. We all had a great time.
Best Time. Great for all ages. 2 days of nonstop fun. I would definately go again.
It was experience, I took my boys for the first time and they loved it. Their age is 10 and 14. They were so amazed at everything they saw plus, the author graph outstanding. They couldn't believe it, beside it rain that day even cooler in a way because they all took us to the parking lot and all the bmx went over there too and they got more author graphs. Only problem now is that when we got home they ask for a bmx bike. "Oh Great" lol.... I would take them again. Thanks to all for coming to Chicago.
This was my first BMX event. I actually didn't have a clue what it was. SO much fun!! I love it!! Would defiantly go to another Dew Tour.
I took my nephews to this event and we had a great time. We did have some trouble determining exactly which seats we could sit in. We had the mid-level reserved seats (green wrist band, $35.00 tickets). Staff continually gave us conflicting information. For the Park finals, we sat in seats that were not great before I realized that our wristbands should have let us into a better seating area. Staffers did not tell us this, but made a big show of making some general admission people move so we coudl sit. This made for an uncomfortable situation. At the Vert finals, we were initially told to sit in the first 8 rows, then another staffer came and told us to sit ABOVE the first 8 rows. We had moved early to get good seats -- when we were made to move, it was very hard to find seating for the four of us together. We all enjoyed the events and the action was great, but I think the staff could have done a better job. I paid for reserved seats to make a special day for my nephews and was disappointed how difficult the seating logistics were.
I thought last years event was better. Last year it was in Grant Park and not in Soldier Field's parking lot like this year. Also, the Wendy's tent was missing this year, so no free frosties. Ballpark wasn't giving away hot dogs this year either. All in all, it was a good time, but not as good as last year.
This year was much better than last year. It rained but was in the Soldier field parking lot so there was no mud! There was so delays but the riders all went off when the time came! The event ran smooth, all the free Mountain Dew and water with the action zone tickets. Best seats in the house!! Hope the tour comes back to Chicago next year!!
Was interested in the bikes, but more interested in seeing motion city. they canceled everything including the concert, and i was told my ticket would be good for the bikes the next day, but not for the concert. Not cool.
First trip to the Dew Tour and it was all you could imagine it to be. The windy city's weather made things difficult for the riders but it all ended up great! I suggest anyone contemplating to go - dew it!!! You will not be disappointed.
The Dew Tour for me was AWESOME. This is the best event for rubbing elbows with the pros. The are willing to give out signatures and answer questions. So fan friendly. The Action Zone workers are the BEST EVER!! They were so friendly and generous. Telling everyone who will listen how great of time I had. Thanks!!
Once again the city of Chicago and the Dew Tour did not fail to deliver...!! The venue was better this year and had a lot more going on...so even though it was more expensive this year it was worth it.
Awesome event if you love BMX!!!! Festival Village has lots of free fun stuff to do and some goofy giveaways. I watched a TV taping for Fuel TV, Rode a fake Bull and drank wayyyyy too much Mountain Dew!
The Dew Tour was a must go for any action sports fans. you see everything up close and personal. There's plenty of activities to do in between the competitions too. Plus plenty of opportunities to meet the athletes themselves!
