Matt Rife has exploded as one of the fastest growing comedians through his viral content and remarkable engagement on TikTok, where he has amassed over 13 million followers, and more than 2 billion views globally. As one of the most buzzed about comedians in the business, Rife has been selling-out comedy clubs and theaters across the country and is gearing up to embark on his biggest tour to-date with Live Nation, the Matt Rife: ProbleMATTic World Tour, kicking off on July 20th.

Rife brings forth his refreshingly genuine presence along with elevated material that is quick witted and vulnerable. From a small town near Columbus Ohio, Matt started performing at the age of fifteen then moved out to Los Angeles two years later where he began his career in Hollywood.

In addition to stand-up, he made his television debut on MTV's Wild 'N Out as the youngest cast member in history for four seasons before moving on to other MTV properties, such as hosting the reboot of TRL and appearing on The Challenge. Other credits include Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Fresh Off The Boat, BET's North Of The 10, and NBC's comedy competition show Bring The Funny.

In 2021, Rife self-produced and distributed through YouTube his first one-hour comedy special, "Only Fans". This past April, the comedian bet on himself again and self-released his highly anticipated second stand-up special, "Matthew Steven Rife" on YouTube. The special was taped in Austin, TX and is dedicated to his biggest role model, his grandfather Steven who had recently passed. He'll be taping his third stand-up special this fall in Washington, DC.

    His opening acts were great, especially the second opener. Matt Rife put on such a good show that we will definitely see him again when he comes back to Seattle.

    Mediocre comedy

    I actually was so hyped for this event bought during presale a year in advance. I was kinda surprised, it felt like he was holding back (not normal Matt stuff) . Anyways it was still a good show laughed a had a good time . Had a lil higher expectations after watching the Netflix series.

    Not only were all the comedians absolutely hilarious, the staff did an excellent job making sure everyone enjoyed the experience. Always love the Paramount. Looking for the next time Matt Rife comes to town.

    Not worth it at all

    Bad audio, couldn’t hear him for the most part. He had no content prepared and just wanted to get by on audience work and it was really boring. Saw atleast 30% of the audience leave in between. Will not attend his live show again, he’s better on 30 second reels.

    Matt Rife is a must see if you are not a person to get easily offended. He is funny when you don't take the jokes to heart, he's out for a laugh not to offend people. His show was very engaging and even his crew was funny! Everyone there had a great time and was laughing at all his jokes. His crowd work is some of his best work and very quick witted.

    Overall such a fun time. Matt was so fun/funny and had a great set. The opening acts were okay, few laughs here and there. The show was suppose to start at 9:30pm, but that did not start until almost 10:30pm.(and that is when the openers came on, not Matt) Matt focused a little to much on one person in the crowd for his "crowd work"and jokes. He did crowd work with about 4 total people but the crowa work was nothing like he has done in his videos and really what he "became famous"for. The Paramount Theater was absolutely gorgeous as well!

    The show overall was great, but

    Show was great but the speakers at the paramount suck I could barely hear the comedians half the time and I have never had this issue at other places, we over paid for poo seats but we bought the tickets last minute so. There was drunk people everywhere screaming and fighting 😕 and kids at the show. I was sitting next to a 14 year old and it was weird.
