The show was supposed to start at 11 am. We got there at 10:30. They would not let anyone in until 11AM, and the show started at 11:30. They did do some performances in front of the tent for 15 minutes, which was fine for the people in front, but people standing in the back could see nothing. It was a long time for little kids to wait when we got there early/on time, then had to wait even longer for the show to start.
Also, we paid for assigned seats, but didn't get them. Don't even know where our seats were supposed to be located.
Also, "ticketmaster", if you want someone to tell you about the seats, then you need to give them enough room. It keeps rejecting my review because the seat review is "too long". We were supposed to have assigned seats, but there were none. We sat in the back behind the tent pole. When I purchased tickets, there was no way to differentiate between adult vs child. I had to purchase two adult tickets. Then found out that various local businesses were giving away tickets, which just added insult to injury.
Other than that, the performances were great. Since we were kind of in the "back", the performers didn't really perform "for us". We always saw their backs with a tent pole in the way:(
