ZENDAYA IN CONCERT:
2013 was a huge year for Disney pop wunderkind Zendaya — in the span of just a few months the budding singer became the youngest contestant ever to compete on Dancing With the Stars, published a book, and released her self-titled debut album to a spot on the Billboard 200. Zendaya got her start as a dancer, and it shows — her expertly-choreographed live shows feature an army of razor-sharp backup dancers and adrenalin-filled footwork sequences. On tour in 2013, the young star impressed fans with her ability to sing through even the most intricate dance routines, building excitement for her live appearances in 2014.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Born in Oakland, CA, Zendaya performed in local theater productions from an early age. In addition to dancing in dance group Future Shock Oakland for three years, she worked as a model for Old Navy and Macy's before landing on Disney's Shake It Up TV series in 2010. Drawing comparisons to fellow Disney pop upstart Selena Gomez, Zendaya released her debut single "Swag it Out" in 2011, displaying an impressive vocal prowess that received a wider platform on her self-titled 2013 debut LP. With the album's lead single "Replay" climbing pop charts around the world, fans can expect big things from Zendaya as she continues her rise towards full-blown pop princess.

Too short and too Loud. They forgot to understand the event center was small and didn't adjust the volume accordingly. So loud it was uncomfortable.

I loved the concert. It was my first concert ever and I had an incredible time.
I took my Grandaughter, age 8, to this Concert. She loves Zendaya and wants to be a singer & performer one day. The show was wonderful, very fast pace which made time fly. I had not been to a concert at Bmt. Civic Center before so when I got the tickets weren't sure about where to sit. Now that we have been I will probably seat higher up so we can see better. I know most people stand at concerts, but it makes it hard when you are only Age 8 and myself a short person. Music was probably little loud for me, but my granddaughter loved it. Of course she wanted a T-Shirt but the line was so long we couldn't get one.
Loved the concert. I took my daughters, ages 13 and 12 and they loved it! Zendaya put on an awesome performance. Not only was it entertaining for the young girls, her songs and performance were also entertaining for adults. I enjoyed myself! The only thing I have to say as room for improvement, is that the show could have used a bit more stage decoration, and an overhead screen for those in the back to have a good view of her. It seemed the show was bare, although her performance made up for the lack of it.
She was amazing. I'm 19 years of age so I expected a bit more and a longer concert. But it was short due to it was mainly for a kid age group. She really can sing and beautifully. She connects with her fans individually which is amazing. I hope to see her when she reaches the age group of at least 16 years and up.

This was a great concert! She looked & sounded great, she was very engaged with the crowd. Great dancing, nothing inappropriate for younger kids. I brought my 8 year old, it was perfect!

A great show for everyone to enjoy. She has a clean act with clean dance moves and is appropriate for all ages. She is really a jewel!
Huge amounts of energy, great dance routines with backup dancers, fun songs. Zendaya is a relatively new artist, but she has good stage presence, and (most importantly) is very entertaining! A fun show. My pre-teen daughter and her friend loved it. Well worth the time and money that it takes to see a concert at the fair. This is our 3rd concert we've seen at the LA County Fair (previous were Selena Gomez and Victoria Justice) and they're are always good fun. You have to spend the day at the fair, which makes it quite expensive, but if you're planing to go anyway why not see a concert too!
