Malaysian sweetheart Yuna is taking the world by storm with her bright pop confections and charismatic stage presence. BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Born Yunalis Mat Zara’ai, Yuna got her start writing music at 14, teaching herself guitar and playing local acoustic gigs in her hometown. She gained mainstream success after making her US debut with 2012's breakout self-titled album, which features the hit track "Lullabies" and production work by Pharrell Williams. Since then, Yuna has won eight Malaysian AIM Awards, performed on countless talk shows, and had her music featured in a number of hit films and TV shows. Back on tour, she’ll treat fans to her infectious pop music and sweet demeanor as she hits the road for a string of highly anticipated tour dates.

hands down best show of 2014, a complete redemption show from the other disappointments of the season! Yuna is unforgettable and I'm so glad I got the chance to see her live. Hollie Cook was on before who I'm crazy about in terms of powerful reggae female artists. But Yuna...she is not to be missed, fun for all!!!
Yuna is amazing in concert. Saw her at Brighton Music Hall in the winter and fell in love with her music. Great voice and unique style and song lyrics... reminds me of a jazzy Taylor Swift in a strange way... She's beautiful to watch... so graceful, funny and humble. Can't wait until she comes back to Boston

This was a great experience. Yuna is up and coming and is truly a talented artist. The atmosphere was nice, albeit a tad cramped, but it was still intimate and fitting for her music. I would recommend anyone to see Yuna.
