About

YOU ME AT SIX:

Riding high on the success of their first US headlining tour, British pop punk band You Me at Six head stateside once again in 2014 for another round of adrenalin-filled shows.  Whether they're tearing through original material like "Reckless" or covering Lady Gaga's "Poker Face," the band's razor-sharp playing and singer Josh Franceschi's inimitable vocals make for an electric live experience. With the release of fourth album Cavalier Youth in early 2014, the band is primed to deliver big on their upcoming tour dates.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Formed in Surrey, England, in 2004, You Me at Six honed their sound for four years before making their album debut in 2008 with Take Off Your Colours. The record spawned six singles, earning them a supporting slot on tour with Fall Out Boy and firmly establishing them as one the UK's biggest up-and-coming pop punk bands. The band continued their rise with 2010 follow-up Hold Me Down, which landed at No. 5 on the UK albums and became the focus of their rollicking sets on the 2010 Vans Warped Tour.  Following their first US headlining tour in 2013, the band found their first significant US chart traction, topping both the UK Albums chart and the US Heatseakers Albums chart with 2014's Cavalier Youth.

FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:

"Very impressed! This is their first US tour as a headliner, which surprised me, these guy are ready for the big time! Very polished."

"You Me At Six was epically amazing! They brought so much energy to an already lively crowd. Bottom line: Going to a YMAS concert would be one on the best things you can do in your life."

"...YMAS blew everyone away. If you enjoy music that not only gets you hyped, but makes you actually appreciate the quality of it, YMAS is the way to go"

    Awesome Show!

by Lou on 2/24/19Brighton Music Hall - Boston

This was my first time seeing You Me at Six and let me tell you they did not disappoint! I didn't know the songs super well and I was a bit nervous that because of that I wouldn't have a fun time but I loved it. The openers were great: Machine Heart and the Dreamers. The front man for You Me at Six really brought the show together. He was so energetic, and could really get the crowd involved. Overall, the atmosphere was amazing. The band was obviously so excited to be there and having a lot of fun, and the crowd was super into it. If you're even considering seeing You Me at Six, do it!

I've never been to a show at the Foundry that ended late which was sort of nice on a weeknight. All in all, it was awesome to see The Score open, and then to see You Me At Six. I was at work early next day and still got to see everything I wanted. I like knowing what to expect from this venue. It lets me see more events here on weeknights which is a good thing. I've been here several times and the sound system is pretty good based on the shape of the venue. The Score played for about 45 minutes, You me at Six for about an hour and 15. Sound was pretty good for the most part. The only thing off for the whole show was that when "Take On The World" came on, the sound was really off. The bass was overpowering for some reason, and should have been equalized the minute it started hitting too hard. It kind of drowned out the song. Nonetheless, awesome show.

Young Guns, You Me At Six, Stars In Stereo:AWESOME

    by Smitty21241829 on 11/2/14The Basement - Columbus

These three bands were amazing. The Basement is a great place to see bands because of its size. You can get up close and actually meet the performers.

You Me At Six was great

by DelphicPark on 10/21/14Theatre of Living Arts - Philadelphia

I love You Me At Six, and the show all together was pretty great. But they didnt play long enough. I've been to over twenty concerts in the past year, and not one of them has ended before 11pm, but You Me At Six did. Also, they played mostly from their new album/ their top hits, and not one slow song. I would've appreciated it if they decided to play something a little less popular like "Nasty Habits" or "The Truth is a Terrible Thing." Other than that, it was a fun show and i would go and see them again.

    Love YMAS

    by Kllama11 on 10/6/14Masquerade - Atlanta

You Me At Six was so energetic and kept everyone jumping on their feet. I love their music and they definitely did not disappoint. I was so happy that they were able to come back after seeing them on tour with All Time Low and this time they got to sing double the amount of songs. Young Guns was also so great! I downloaded their newest album off of iTunes the day after the concert. Also Stars In Stereo were amazing considering the crowd seemed to not know who they were. Overall a great experience and I would be happy if this happened again :)

    You Me At Six

    by N742RV on 10/6/14Masquerade - Atlanta

The line up was fantastic - Stars In Stereo, Young Guns and You Me At Six - can't beat that!! They were all beyond fantastic, great sound and energy. The venue is great in that it is very intimate allowing the fan to certainly get right up close to the bands. Even better, after the performance the bands hang around for you to meet them up close for pictures and autographs. The entire evening was very memorable for my son and I - we are looking forward to our next visit. Fantastic event!!!!

    Brilliant!

by DReidE on 3/23/14Vans Warped Tour - Mansfield

The crowd was absolutely insane in the best way possible and Josh was great at keeping everything moving. Their songs sounded like they had been pulled right out of the studio, but better. Amazing show!

Obviously you me at six was absolutely flawless. loved how fun chris max and matt were to watch. Dan and Josh both as always looking the sexiest when they do their thing. But those special guests were a little to special if you ask me. There shouldve been more you me at six and not 2 hours of other bands.

    Loved the concert

by xxxKATHYxxx on 10/20/13Paradise Rock Club - Boston

All the bands that played were unbelievable! The music was a little too loud but it made the energy outstanding! The staff was very friendly and the air is ventilated which is a good change. Also the place is small but has a balcony which has a great view if the stage. Very clean and a good place to have fun during your favorite bands performance.

    Best night of my life!

by ContagiousChemistry on 2/23/12The White Rabbit - San Antonio

I saw You Me At Six and The Swellers with opening acts We Are The Ocean and Twin Atlantic. The entire show could be summed up as uncontainable energy. All of the bands were incredible live acts, and of course YMAS blew everyone away. If you enjoy music that not only gets you hyped, but makes you actually appreciate the quality of it, YMAS is the way to go. Not to mention all of the bands were very interactive with the crowd, which made the experience all the more thrilling. I cannot praise them enough!
