Yellowcard became one of the most successful alternative bands of the 2000s with its unique use of violin in their pop punk sound. The band released an acoustic reinterpretation of their seminal 2003 album Ocean Avenue in August 2013, completing a worldwide concert stretch with shows in Australia, Europe and the U.K. and is set to tour the U.S. in 2014. After putting out two albums in Florida, core members Ryan Key, Sean Mackin and Longineu W. Parsons relocated to Los Angeles in 2000 and released their third album One for the Kids in 2011, following it up with The Underdog EP in 2002. The band signed with Capitol Records that year and began recording their major-label debut, resulting in the release of their fourth album Ocean Avenue in July 2003, which peaked at No. 23 on the U.S. Billboard 200 and sold over two million copies with its hit single “Ocean Avenue.” Next up was 2006’s Lights and Sounds, as well as 2007’s Paper Walls, which debuted at No. 13 on the U.S. Billboard 200. They played for ticket holders in support of Blue October and Linkin Park that year, before announcing a hiatus that would span 2008 to 2010. They returned with When You're Through Thinking, Say Yes in March 2011 and played shows in Europe and the U.S. In 2012, Yellowcard joined the Vans Warped Tour and released their critically acclaimed eighth album Southern Air in August, debuting at No. 10 on the Billboard 200.
Yellowcard has been my favorite band for years, so imagine my dismay when they disbanded a few years back! So, my review may be a bit biased but when they re-united, put out new music AND came to my hometown for an arena show, I was so pumped! And the show did not disappoint! AT. ALL. Great band, great performance, great venue!
The concert was excellent, but there were limited food vendors open.
Yellowcard is honestly the best band I have ever listened to and I was so bummed when they stopped touring, Making music, or etc. the only reason I was able to see them or hear about them touring was a friend was selling the tickets so we went online and bought the best seats we could fine. They did not disappoint us at all! Best band I have ever watched or listened to. So under rated…. I am so thankful we witnessed that! Not really much of a concert person but already looking forward to the next time they are in the area. Rochester NY!!!! Make it happen! Acoustic concert would be amazing too! Love them! Keep playing
This was a great concert experience! I came to the concert as a long time Mayday Parade fan and a fairly new Yellowcard listener, and I had an amazing time. All of the bands put on am amazing show.
Loved it! They were amazing! The openers were great as well.
Story of the year was my favorite band of the night, but this wild life, mayday and yellowcard all rocked the stage for almost 4 hours!
This concert was totally worth it. I have wanted to attend a Yellowcard concert since 2016 and never thought I would get a chance to do so. The band sounded just as good live as they did on the record, if not more so, and the lights also made the concert visually appealing.
Yellowcard sounded absolutely amazing! It was a dream come true to hear some of my favorite songs live after listening to them for 20 years! I loved this show and highly recommend you see them live!

The Yellowcard show was an amazing night for high school nostalgia. All if that aside though, YC sounded spot on like they never took a break. It was a great high energy show and I would recommend it to anyone.
I was super excited when I found out Yellowcard was touring again. I never got the chance to see them when my favorite album, Ocean Avenue, came out. It's been 20 years, but let me tell you, they did not disappoint! They sounded great, the energy was infectious and I can't wait to see them again!
Unfortunately I have a lot of friends bail on me and couldn't come with me so I didn't even get to make it to the concert
Bands were good but the sound was horrible. We ended up leaving early. If you didn’t know the instrumental you wouldn’t know what song was playing.
Yellowcard put on one hell of a show! Ever since the early 2000's I have remained a fan, and find myself listening to all their albums on a regular basis. Something about the driving guitars, amazing vocals, and unique violin just can't be beaten. Super happy to have been able to see them perform live again, and hope to get the opportunity again sometime soon in the future to go to more shows!

Loved the whole lineup and the energy from these guys was everything I'd hoped for and more. Definitely looking forward to seeing them again next time they come through
Yellowcard was amazing, but our group didn’t realize they weren’t headlining and we were looking forward to a longer play set! It’s not that we didn’t like Story of the Year, but we bought the tickets for Yellowcard… and we were looking at reviews of previous concerts on the tour where they played an hour and a half… so we were disappointed and ended up leaving the concert early.
My best friend and I had a blast at the show. It was awesome time.
They were as great as when I first discovered them back in 2003. Didn't disappoint one bit! So happy they are back together and making new music
