Yelawolf, born Michael Wayne Atha in Gadsden, AL, made his major label debut with Eminem's Shady Records (Interscope) in 2011 after building a rabid fanbase that caught the attention of critics and label execs alike. The rapper, songwriter, performer and entrepreneur has released new music relentlessly and travelled around the world performing sold out shows across the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. His first five full-length albums and various side projects have featured collaborations with a wide variety of top artists including Eminem, Ed Sheeran, Travis Barker, Flea of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Gucci Mane, Kendrick Lamar, Diplo, A$AP Rocky, 3.6 Mafia, Big Boi, Wynonna Judd, among others. With his faithful and ever-expanding following, Yelawolf has cultivated a global community with his lifestyle brand Slumerican. His sixth studio album Ghetto Cowboy was released via his own imprint, Slumerican Records and has included extensive touring in both the US and internationally in its support. Yelawolf released 4 projects in April, 2021 leading up to his full-length studio album titled "MudMouth" on April 30th, 2021, followed by a rock n roll album titled "Sometimes Y" which was released March 11th, 2022. Yelawolf is set to release a double album titled War Story in March 2024.
Strangely he created one of the biggest mosh pits I’ve ever seen…
I would pay to do a meet and greet with Yelawolf again. It was such an amazing experience, and he is so polite and gracious to his fans.
Places like Mercury Ballroom with crowds under 2000. Up close and personal with the artist are the only way to go. Share the floor with true fans of the music. I recommend everyone to experience one of his shows. Promise you will have a good time. Drinks are over priced. But will come back to see more shows
He puts on a phenomenal show each and every time, and this was #7 for me. He sings a variety of music, both new and old, and is very interactive with the crowd.
Great concert! No complaints besides how crowded it was. Great view from any part of the venue.
The show was amazing and Yelawolf was great as always. The room was small and smoky but that's how the Slum like it . Hard to see from the back so i would suggest that you purchase early entry tickets for your favorite artist. We have no complaints.
The experience was awesome Yelawolf was great everything and anything was all good what a great time I wouldn't hesitate to see Yelawolf again.
This was the best YELAWOLF show I have seen! This was my 8th time.
I have seen Yelawolf multiple times in Chicago and was concerned about seeing the live show without live guitars. Yela and Klever delivered a top notch produced show, not just a concert ! It’s almost unbelievable how 2 people can carry a full 90 minutes and make it all work while delivering hit after hit. All thriller no filler! Yelawolf is the real deal and I recommend seeing his live show!
Yelawolf is beyond amazing and is an amazing performer. He introduced his wife. Absolutely phenomenal.
He sounds exactly like he does on the albums. He brought his wife on stage and introduced her so it felt personal and family like. He performed around 25 songs and knocked every single one out of the park. He's very real, a good dude, and of course, CRAZY talented.
Yelawolf was very “lit”. You know, that’s what the kids say nowadays “lit”
One hell of a night, great show, all the bands were spectacular and 20 Monroe Live was wonderful like always.
It was an amazing concert. Yelawolf never disappoints!
The venue was not set up for a sold out hiphop show. The large pillars were blocking the view from a lot of people. Other than that, Yela kicks ass and put on a great show as always!
It was the best concert I’ve been too! So close to him ❤️❤️❤️
My dream was to meet yelawolf and I finally got to! Thanks to ticket master, I got to order my tickets months in advance and a very easy app to use!!
Yelawolf put on the most energetic and best show I’ve seen in years. He is super talented and it showed. He performed for over 2 hours. Longer than most artists I’ve seen live. He was entertaining and totally memorizing. His show can make any skeptic a fan. He is truly amazing as a performer and artist.
This was my 5th time seeing Yelawolf perform but my 1st time ever at 20 Monroe Live. I had a few worries of course because im a fan of older Yelawolf but was blown away by the energy he can still bring to the stage even on slow songs. Definitely one of his best performances I have seen. I brought my wife with me and she is disabled and cant stand for long periods of time so i was a bit worried about her being comfortable. Her pain hit during the opening act and i feared we would have to leave but a security member noticed and offered her a chair. Next thing i knew we were approached and offered great seats at no extra charge and they continued to check on her through out the show. I am very thankful to them for helping my wife have a amazing time when we thought we might have to leave. Between Yelawolfs performance and 20 Monroe Lives attentiveness it was the best time ive ever had at a concert. Thank you
I love this guy! He actually enjoys entertaining and you can see it! This was my third show and I’ll come back every single time!!
