Big & Rich, Gretchen Wilson, and Cowboy Troy were all TERRIFIC. It was so great to see them all together after three years. I hope they will continue to tour together. They are all great but they are outstanding together.
Not the total show we were expecting. Gretchen Wilson did ok, but could have added a little more showmanship. Big & Rich was very disappointing. The music was too loud. Wanted to hear more of the individual singing and harmonizing. We walked out after about 15 minutes into the second part of the show--we were not the only ones. We heard Rich before and knew he could sing, but was not impressed with the performance. The music was too loud and we could have saved our money. The crowd was drinking too much--the 20 to 40 year olds standing up in front of others and this was not impressive to us either.
Xtreme Muzik the Tour Big & Rich and Gretchen Wilson was great. I have never seen a concert where 2 great headliners worked together so well. I loved how big & rich would do a couple of songs then Gretchen. Wilson would come out and do a couple of songs. They did this back and forth a few times. I was a big fan going in and a bigger fan after the concert. I'm looking forward to them coming back, soon I hope.
Great show, great venue for a Big and Rich. The sound quality was good with a nice selection of songs. I wish they would've played longer.
We've been to many country shows and this was one of the best we've ever seen. We thought Gretchen Wilson would have her own show before Big & Rich but they came out together and performed together and then separately and changed it up throughout the show. It was absolutely awesome and we were excitedly entertained the whole show!!!
If this isn't the BEST concert of the year, I don't know who is better. From the opening song of Fake ID to all the hits for Big & Rich and Gretchen this was the concert of the year. They flat out rocked the place for almost two hours of non-stop music and fun. Crazy talented people who put on a fabulous show. I wish I could have thanked them personally for the joy they gave me. May God bless Big, Rich, and Gretchen and keep them creative and healthy for many more years to come. Go see this!
Simply put, this was the best country & western concert that I have ever been to.
My hubby and I went for our anniversary, I had a great time. Great location and great muzik! Love Gretchen Wilson and all the boyz, Super fun night! Thank you for Coming to our City!
The concert was fantastic and we loved every minute of it. It was our first time at Thunder Valley so next time we'll know we had enough time to do the buffett and still make it to see the headline act ! The location of our seats was great but the folding chairs tied together makes it a tight fit for any of us middle age, average size people (and our row was 99% in that category). Thank goodness there were a few people missing in our row so all of us had more room to move around. We were on our feet for 90% of the concert so that helped too. We were able to get out of the concert quickly and the parking was not a problem so that was a definite plus. The outdoor venue is very nice and the staff were very accomodating and friendly. Our only complaint of the night were the long lines and wait for food, both at the buffet and at the food court. Had we realized the headliner wasn't going to start until 8:30, we could have avoided the frustration of waiting in the food court and enjoyed the really nice buffet. We learned our lesson for next time since we had such great reserved seats. We would definitely return!
I thought the amps were overloaded and the sound too distorted most of the time. I was looking forward to hearing the 8th of November live for the first time - the sound sysytem took the true feeling and honor out of the song. Gretchens vocals were awesome. I expected a few more songs also. Dissappointed, they are all great entertainers with great music

This was the best concert I've been to in my 47 years! High energy, great music, Can't imagine it being any better!

This was one of the best shows I have ever seen! Big & Rich can deliver big time! Awesome show!! I will see them anywhere, anytime....truly a rocking' good time.

I was with a large group and I didn't get in to the show til about 30 mins after it started-so can only review the middle to end. Everyone shares the same band and they are all on stage together and switch off on songs and share songs. This ia a fabulous concept! Very high energy! I saw Big Kenny solo last year and he's always a hoot, but adding John Rich & Gretchen and it's perfect! If they're "coming to your city" --go see! Thunder Valley Venue is just small enough there's really no bad seats, we were in the middle reserved section at the back, my only concern to management is people who were in general admission were standing behind me and pushing on the rail behind my seat. The ushers were too young to take care of the situation. Thank goodness they didn't fall into my seat. I paid extra for reserved, please keep it more separated.Need to stop general admission people coming down from the stands and standing behind this last row
This show was amazing. True country roots with a rock-n-roll attitude. The show format was very cool with all artists sharing the stage and taking turns throughout the night.
Acoustics were third rate and something akin to a thirteen year-old teenage boy blasting his cheap boom box at full volume and putting that boom box up to a microphone and turning up the amps!!! The problem was not loud – the problem was the warbling and the treble and the base and you could not understand the vocals. The crowd was DRUNK. We came to hear the music. They came to get abhorrently drunk. People were so drunk they could not have cared what the music sounded like. Is this what going to a country music concerts means – getting drunk? No thank you. Something needs to be done. Do country music stars like playing to drunks or just is it “just give us the money?” Friday night, we walked out. John Rich you are right, we are working people and it is a sacrifice to pay money to go to your show and we did not get our money’s worth! We still like your music, but we didn’t hear it and we didn’t have a good time. This was our second time seeing Big and Rich and we liked them before.
