What are the general rules of Wyndham Estate Hunter Valley?
Beverages: Wyndham Estate Winery and its outdoor concert area is a fully licensed venue and STRICTLY NO BYO ALCOHOL OR SOFT DRINK is to be brought onsite. This will be enforced by security at entry gates. Free drinking water will be available on-site. Patrons may bring in sealed bottles of water or empty plastic bottles or plastic or foam cups to refill at the FREE water stations. A selection of Wyndham Estate wines (still & sparkling), beer, soft drinks and water will be available for purchase at the bars. There are no spirits available. There will be no alcohol permitted to be taken off-site after the concert. Coffee vans will be selling tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Catering: Local Restaurants have been invited to sell their signature dishes at a “Food Fair”. Food available ranges from cheese platters to restaurant style meals. Bars and food stalls will be open from gate opening times Seating: If you have purchased an A or B RESERVE ticket, there is an allocated seat in the amphitheatre. If you have purchased a GENERAL ADMISSION ticket you will need to bring your own picnic rug. Low chairs without legs are permitted onsite. Money: There is limited EFPTOS and cash out available at the bars. Everything else onsite is CASH ONLY. Parking: While car parking is free and plentiful, patrons are encouraged to take a bus to the venue in order to avoid road congestion and traffic delays. Bus patrons generally exit the venue in approx 30 minutes following the conclusion of a concert. Dress: The concert area is grass underfoot so it is advisable to wear comfortable flat shoes. Weather: It is the promoter’s policy to ‘play, rain or shine’ however if due to weather conditions that are deemed dangerous for the artist to perform or patron’s safety is at risk. The promoter in accordance with artist management may cancel the concert.
