First our seats had a limited view due to the TV cameras and how the stage was shaped. Several sub one minute matches and one that 1/2 of it was spent watching one of the tag teams run away. Was marketed towards Stone Cold being there and he don’t come. Edge was promoted by PPG to be there and it was simply a video of him played. Just an awful experience.
Just went to the show here in Columbia SC and got to see Brock , edge and RK-Bro. Got amazing seats for me and my brother. This has been our 3rd show and we plan on going to WM
I.m diehard follower of monday night raw was coming to ubs arena i was given free upgrade my section didn.t scan at machine .customer service was here sit on bench row.box 1 seat 15 on three hours by myself in fans vibed difference thsn commentarimg and cenorship i watched at home on usa network.
My seat # didn’t match the one on my ticket. I had about 10 USB staff try to help me and they couldn’t find a matching seat. I just sat where I picked my seat originally and that was ok until they set up a camera man about 15 feet ahead of me and it blocked almost my entire view. I asked to be moved and they had me sit on a floor seat which wasn’t bad. Hopefully they work out the kinks and this doesn’t happen again. I am unsure if I will be returning to any WWE events.
Raw was great but probably too long. It was 4 hours which is a crazy amount of time for wrestling. The UBS Arena is brand new but the parking situation is a disaster. It's extremely inefficient and time consuming to get your car parked. The venue is also SUPER cold. Too cold, uncomfortably cold. Everyone left their hats and coats on.
First time in my life I saw raw. Im new in USA and for me it was a dream come true. Also very kind people working there.

The arena was an amazing experience and seamless ticketing entry. The WWE show was beyond magnificent.
First of all the Parking lot doesn't accept cash and don't tell you in advance , NOONE IN UBS property ACCEPTS CASH, everything has to be card . And I remember as a kid more wwe merchandise being sold they had a choice of two shirts pretty much , and again no cash , is this America anymore?! 15$ for a soda !? Wow
INCREDIBLE. Will definitely come back. Everything was great. The only problem i had was the seating on the ground floor was to close to each other i could barely move cause im a BiG MAn. Haha. Other than that is was AMAZING.....

Upon entering UBS Arena at 7pm, 30 minutes before the event was to begin we were greeted with silence! It was eerily quiet, no music, nothing in the screen, NOTHING. Once the event began and throughout the entire event there was ZERO commentary. This made for a very quiet and BORING event. Also, UBS Arena is unfinished and overpriced. The floors are not done, the bathroom paper towel dispensers were full but not dispensing and bathroom sinks were missing soap dispensers! A small water bottle cost almost $9!!!!!
UBS arena is new and expected some issues but staff was rude at some of the concession stands with lines and employees standing around not knowing how to charge things. Event was boring except for seth rollins not many stars left.
Being the first wrestling event at the new UBS Arena I was overly psyched. I’ve been to these events a few times. I’m not sure why but the crowd couldn’t get into it. I felt bad for the wrestlers who feed off that but the show was beyond excellent. Loved my time there.
I loved it, i enjoyed every moment of it. It was my first time going to a wrestling event, i will defintiely be going to more and coming back when they return to The UBS Arena.
It was first time when I attend any event in USB arena I have to say it was bestest experience of my life I have enjoyed alott I recommend everyone to go to USB arena in every events.Management and other things are just perfect I will go again soon.
The best of all was the Main Event between Big E & Kevin Owens and the interruption by Seth Rollins...
Ubs arena is stern with their rules when u sit on the floor, but other than that, it was a good experience sitting on the floor. It’s as good as raw as raw these days get.
I brought my pocketbook and because it was to big I had to put it in a locker and pay for the locker. Ridiculous we there straight from work and was inconvenienced by such crap I’ve been going to events my whole life never dealt w such crap
