Why did I buy tickets to watch something I already saw in HD from the comfort of my living room? We were looking forward to the big explosions and pyro, what happened? Most of the matches were dull as if the guys were going through the motions to get it over with. There were no suprises except a song which I could have gone without and a steel cage which they failed to pull off. The final match was also lack luster. Both of my kids asked why John Cena was laying down for most of the match. I get this may have been the three hundreth show of the year but this was our first... it sucked.
I would have loved to purchase a couple of shirts, now I am very glad I didn't, but the vendors were mostly out of kids sizes, chaotic to say the least, and the lines were way too long.
We made the best of it so my kids would enjoy themselves. All in all we spent about $500.00 in tickets, parking, and food for 4 and would have spent more on tee shirts if it wasn't such a cluster... It will be a long time before we attend another WWE event. (Oh yeah, I also feel like a fool for buying two video games, action figures, wrestling buddies, and dvd'd over the past year. My kids are 8 and 3 and I think I will be moving them on to something else in the near future.
