As a lifelong fan of the game of tennis from west Texas… never in my wildest dreams did I ever think of a WTA Finals event being held here in Texas, much less in Fort Worth. Although the attendance was low overall. The quality of play was definitely not.
Awesome event!! Fort Worth and Dickes Arena were fantastic in hosting the WTA finals on short notice. I loved seeing high quality women's tennis in Texas. Come back!

What great tennis! I’ve been to majors over the years but never to a WTA final. This was the best ladies tennis I’ve ever seen in person. Organization was great (easy parking, swift entry, and good concessions). Wish the organizers had advertised better to get more fans there.
I went to Dickies Arena in forth worth to see the WTA tennis year end match and it was a wonderful experience. I was seating close enough to the players and enjoyed the match.
My wife, 2 daughters and I are avid tennis players and fans, and we thoroughly enjoyed being able to see this caliber of tennis locally. The venue is so clean and nice and well suited for something like this. Attendance looked interestingly slight given the caliber of the event. We really hope they will consider a return for this again. We will definitely be there if so. Thanks to all involved!
Enjoyed the tennis but wound up going to the lounge to sit more comfortably. I am not an overweight man at 6'2 but I need to stretch my legs out a bit. Dickies needs to make it more comfortable by increasing the leg room for us older folks.
So excited to have such a big tennis event so close to home! I know it was a last minute venue so I think everyone involved did a fantastic job pulling off such a huge event with such little time to work with. It was such a great and awesome experience and hope we can host it here in the DFW again!! Although a little far to drive over the course of a week, the arena provided great viewing and you could see the match well from any seat. Only a couple of technical difficulties with the screen but hopefully that can be resolved.
Giving 4 stars bc the players are in no way responsible for whatever critique I have, other than the very lackluster Iga Coco match on Saturday evening. The venue is not especially good for tennis bc the seats whims the baseline are too flat, making the angle bad. A camera man was constantly blocking my sight. My overall complaint though is with the pricing. I have been going to women's tennis matches since the Virginia Slims tour - this was ridiculously expensive. Over 200 dollars for two seats behind the baseline, only to receive flash offers from the event to purchase tickets half off, and to note that you could buy the cheapest seat in the house and then move closer, just makes you feel like you have been taken. Most weekends I could fly into DFW and watch the top ranked TCU men incl future stars like Cam Norrie for less money. And the viewing would be better. Finally, at these prices doubles cannot be no-ad with a TB in lieu of set three. The organizers, the TD, and the venue all need to improve before I would spend this money again. I wonder if Mavs games aren’t a better show for less money.
A privilege to have and a pleasure to attend. We saw 3 matches of world class tennis in our hometown, can’t beat that with a stick.
The Dickies Arena is outstanding and the event provided exciting tennis. We enjoyed our first professional tennis match.
An extremely amazing venue, only drawback was that Dickies Arena does not allow in and out privileges. Additionally I can say it will help to do some local advertising to boost the numbers of folks at the WTA FINALS most people I spoke with were unaware of this event, as a true Fan I follow the Tennis Tour and have known about this even all year. But if the goal is to attract new fans and raise awareness in the Heartland please consider conducting significant outreach.

It was nice if they start early in the day session to allow them to leave before 6pm and allowing night audience to get sitted before they start the night session We were there on time but they are not allowing us to come in because they session audience were still coming out.
WTA doesn’t care for the real fans of tennis. Thanks for not calling back like you promised, Brittney at the WTA. Lucky for me, we were able to get our compensation by sitting in the $200-$500 seats because there so many empty seats to choose from. My advice for buying tickets to a WTA event…wait until the last minute when the fire sale happens. You will get a great deal on tickets.
The WTA tennis finals was great . We are sorry that we couldn't stay longer.
