The games were great. The surcharge is outrageous and unnecessary! I’m completely appalled by this. I will do everything to avoid using them again.

Although being under the big lights was exciting for the team I was very disappointed in the stadium. Only one lot was open when we arrived. They said we had to follow the same rules, but people brought drinks in, had large non clear bags, a glass of soda was $8.00, but the worst was the garbage on the seats and in the aisles. High school games a their stadiums are cleaner and reasonable. WPIAL you are a big disappointment. Plus coaches were calling players names and getting away with it.

Only thing I found wrong. No smoking area. But they sell beer. It is discrimination. They can find an area first the people who do smoke or vape. You can go out of stadium to smoke or vape without having to buy another ticket. Other then that the venue was nice.

One the main reason I wanna go there and see the games and take pictures of my camera but I was told when I got to the gate I was not to take my camera in there even I didn’t say that on the website and I asked the people there so I had to walk back half a mile to take my camera back and then walk back to the stadium,the person they told me was not nice

The game was a great experience. Cold weather but great atmosphere.

It was horrible. I got kicked out, waited all day. You have a monopoly and should be fined!

Great seats and the first time using ticket master. Very easy with the app

Heinz field has 4 main gait locations and only ONE was staffed. All other points of entry were either closed or for band/team use. This resulted in an enormous line and extra frustration for many. Ticketmaster app was flawless and I entered without a hitch- AFTER a long wait due to under staffed security screening portals

My team got stomped on but everyone at the stadium was curtious.ticket master rules.

A good high school football game on a cold afternoon at Heinz Field, home of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
