The lanky hip hop maestro Wiz Khalifa achieved super stardom when "Black and Yellow", an ode to his car's unusual paint job from his third studio album Rolling Papers, rode to the #1 spot on Billboard's Hot 100 chart. The triple platinum selling single would help earn Wiz Khalifa, born Cameron Thomaz in Minot, ND, Best New Artist at the 2011 BET Awards. His 2012 follow-up O.N.I.F.C. debuted at #2 on the top 200 and #1 on the R&B/Hip Hop charts and produced the platinum selling single "Work Hard, Play Hard." It also demonstrated that mainstream acceptance had done nothing to soften him. With a style that seamlessly combines West Coast, East Coast, and Southern influences into a sound that feels entirely reflective of the Pittsburgh scene he has come to embody, Khalifa has proved to be an ideal collaborator for the likes of Diddy, Snoop Dogg, Kelly Rowland. Miley Cyrus, and Adele. He thrives in all of these settings, thanks to the same braggadocio and easy charisma that has made his concerts, with frequent tour mates A$AP Rocky and B.o.B., must-see events even for the most casual hip hop fans.
All around great experience. Love the place, concert was fantastic. My only issue was that the seat I was placed in was broken. Yes the physical seat. It didn’t matter, as the show began to start I moved up. I would have complained but I was so stoned it didn’t matter. Love Wiz Khalifa. Love Logic. Great show.
This was my first show, and i will say its a night i will NEVER forget. Our day started great then we got to the venue, entrance was very fast, all we had to do is pull out our phones and show them our tickets. Then merch, the merchandise was very easy to obtain, all we did was ask for the number next to the clothing and size then paid. Once we entered the pit and waited for the show to start, everyone did INCREDIBLE. Wiz did all his classics and everyone had a good time vibing, but Logic, Oh boy did he put on a show. His performance was INSANE, he even noticed me and my sign, which he then played the song i asked for. Probably the best night of my life. 10/10
I was in the front row the entire time, and the people around me were friendly whenever I needed to go to the restroom. I could hear and see every detail! I wished the people around me were more excited though hahaha, it didn’t matter to me though I didn’t even look behind to see ‘cause I was so ecstatic. The people on the right facing the stage looked like they were having a lot more fun, but the memory remains fulfilled nonetheless. I got two posters, I don’t know if they’re signed but I will open them eventually! The sound quality was amazing, and the aura was positive, the throwbacks exuberant, messages uplifting, movement energizing, and Bobby moving on & Castro putting on a phenomenal performance as was so motivating. I always love Big Lenbo’s vibe too. It was amazing to finally see him live! It was cool to see Taylor Gang too, I’m huge fan of Chevy Woods also. I like Fredd the God, I haven’t heard his stuff ‘til recently but now he left an impression I don’t know if I ever heard Rubi Rose until that day, but I definitely have now. I probably will have her in a few playlists now, it was a good show. It was my 2nd time going to Wiz & 3rd going to Logic. I hope to do it again, because that was an experience worth living again
Wiz Khalifa and Logic killed their respective sets and the collab performance at the end was great. The employees and tour personnel were awesome too.
Wiz has been great every time I've attended a concert of his. DJ Drama did a good job also. We enjoyed ourselves.
Wiz did an amazing job. I finally had the pleasure of seeing him live and I wasn't disappointed.
I had a great time . Took the shuttle from the casino . Got my V.I.P merch and walked straight through the venue all the way to the pit . No issues . Beautiful area surrounding the venue . Perfect time . Shoutout Logic !
Great concert. Wiz did outstanding performance. Will be going on next concert when he comes back.
The openers got the crowd pumped up for logic and Wiz Khalifa to come on, if the crowd was not familiar with the openers they got introduced to new artists. The light shows with logic and Wiz were excellent, crowd participation was awesome. the total on stage time for each artists was fair. overall it was a great concert.
He threw a blunt into the crowd which was pretty cool and there were girls twerking so it was a pretty good show. The reason it’s 4 stars and not 5… there was only one girl part and not multiple. Which was sexist
Wiz didn’t perform that many songs like I thought he would. The venue it self should work out things for bad weather because we were outside in the rain which lowered the experience. Overall, the concert was cool. I’ll have to see wiz again though because it wasn’t spectacular.
First time at a Wiz/ Logic show and I have no complaints. Dope💯💯
The headliners were great. Also enjoyed Castro 301. Also wanted to commend the security staff. Some girls in front of us were getting harrassed by some drunk guys and I brought it to their attention. Security came and had the guy removed and stayed around for a while to make sure they were okay.
Die hard logic fan. Was in the lawn and he just didn’t care about the concert, seemed like nobody was giving energy back. Wanted to buy merch from the logic and wiz booth both and never got that chance due to “mass hysteria”. It was a rough concert wish it wouldn’t have been my first time seeing my favorite artist.
Everything was formatted perfectly, the concert was alive. Everyone had such a good time
Nice place but man them drinks are way to expensive. 20 for a mixed drink is crazy.
Loved the Vinylverse Tour🔥🔥 put on by Logic, Wiz Khalifa, and DJ Drama. The openers were amazing especially 24K Golden!!❤️ He's definitely a favorite Chevy Woods and Fedd That God were also great to see. Overall the lineup was fantastic and was a good ass concert.
Logic was a really good performer , but i didn’t care for wiz khalifa like i thought i would. He acted kinda strange. The venue seemed clean other than the bathrooms. They were a mess and at some point one of them was flooded .
I felt like Logic didn't really sing much, and I was expecting more of a show from both Wiz and Logic. I also felt the stage was lacking. I didn't feel like either show was spectacular by either of the performers. I thought Wiz was too high and felt like the showmanship could have used improvement from both parties. I did understand there would be a large amount of cannabis at the show, however as the entire show was a hotbox, I felt maybe there should be smoking and non.
I just wish they didn't cancel the multiverse Experience package
