Took the family to a Winnipeg Goldeye’s game and we had an absolute blast, it’s always fun to support your local teams and at the current ticket prices it’s an easy win and you can enjoy our summers outside. They’ve definitely made some improvements and now you can have food delivered to your seat! Would highly recommend if you haven’t been to a game in a while as we plan to make it a regular occurrence.
The pitchers were struggling. The manager was non existent. He didn’t make any changes until it was too late. I believe that he is the biggest problem with the team this year. Check the Goldeyes’s record!!
Our family truly enjoyed the stadium, the baseball, the food! We were in row 2 !! We watched the players warm up and play up CLOSE!! It felt so cozy and “ hometown”!! Very glad the GoldEyes were victorious!
Ballpark located in good location. Staff at the Ballpark are very friendly and helpful. No matter where you sit you can see everything!! Shaw Park always provides a fun experience for everyone!!
It was a great game although the wrong team won. My granddaughters and I enjoyed ourselves and hope to take in more games this season
This is a great ball park to watch a game and so many choices for food and snacks. I always love coming here to watch a game....and the Goldeyes win in extra innings!
We always enjoy a good evening at the ball park. I think we have the best ball park. All seating has a good view. Before Covid the food was reasonable priced, but that has gone way up. There are not as many Fans Service staff as before...another hit by Covid. We always enjoyed the kids dancing and giving out goodies. Hopefully it will get back to what it was before. However, this is not enough to stop us from going to the park to watch a good ball game.
As usual great game... first game of playoffs... hopefully they make it through this series... so i ca go to another game next week. Little ???? In purchasing the tickets... was in a bit of a rush late the night before the game... not sure if the ticket insurance thing self populates... was never my intention to purchase... i never do... but noticed apparently in a separte transaction i got charged. Its not that much... basically the cost of a beer and Goldie dog... but still not happy about it... how did that happen.
Love the atmosphere. Food and drinks aren't too ridiculously priced.
Everything was good except I needed a phone to buy tickets and get into the park. Also couldn’t print off tickets to give people that were coming or email them to them. People shouldn’t have to have a cell phone to be able to come to games.
We have been attending ballgames for many years and have always had a great time!
It was a first time for our family visiting the Goldeyes and it didn’t disappoint! Our 8yo son was asked to participate in a mid-inning game with the mascot, the food was phenomenal and the Caesars were even better! 5 huge stars! Worth the 5 hour drive for our family to get to the city! Will attend again for sure!
Fun atmosphere, good baseball and good food and bevvies! Affordable parking, cannot go wrong with a Goldeyes game!

I had so much fun at the Goldeyes game! It was my first time at a double A game. The tickets were very reasonably priced, as were the concessions. The sun was shining and the players were interactive with the fans. We sat by the Goldeyes bullpen and the pitchers gave several of the kids around us a ball to take home and many came back over to sign balls and bats for the fans after the game. I also loved that Shaw Park had kiosks on the concourse from local Winnipeg restaurants and tons of local craft beer on tap and in cans. My boyfriend and I even bought a beer bat (admittedly just for the photo op). We had a great time. Highly recommend, will be back again.
Hottest day of 2022 and we loved being at shaw park with the family from Ontario! Great game and my son enjoyed seeing how fast he can throw!
Shaw Stadium is a great place to spend an evening. Ticket prices are very reasonable, the food variety within the park is great and so is the options for craft beer and cold drinks. The sun sets in behind the stands so evening games are great as your sitting in the shade. On a 30 degree day this is fantastic. The one disappointment was that the Goldeyes lost 15-1 so that part sucked as the home team got absolutely throttled lol
The atmosphere at the game is so amazing. The food is great, and the staff are always friendly. The seats are affordable, even for a family to go.
The 8 of us had a great time. Perfect weather. Great game. Friendly environment. Reasonable concession prices. Lots of activities for all to enjoy. Kids loved it. Parents loved it. Grandparents loved it.
Baseball, popcorn, hotdogs (with all the fixing’s). What more could you ask for.
