Loved the complete experience at the WindyCity Bulls game. Coming back again, but this time allow plenty of time to park, that one aspect of our experience I was surprised by considering where arena is located, there should be a way to expedite getting in and out of the parking lot.
Great value and overall experience. Only con, why cash for parking when everything else is cashless? Aside from that, a lot of fun and will be going again soon.
Every giveaway night the same. This game waited outside 45 minutes and got to gate at 610 and bobbleheads gone. Never enough. Our seat while on first level first row was 75% obstructed. We just moved up. But shouldn’t sell obstructed view seats at a place normally empty. Game itself was good. Other than what I mentioned there really are no bad seats at this arena.
The Windy City Bulls game was a lot of fun. It was super easy to park and enter the arena. The food lines were not super long. There are no bad seats at the NOW Arena. The game was exciting. In fact, it went into OT and they are utilizing a new OT rule where the first team to score 7 points in OT is the winner. We found that to be pretty cool. Throughout the game, there are plenty of activities to make it more fun for the fans. It's especially fun for kids.
2nd game me and son went to this year. My so was able to meet Kendall gill and will Perdue and some of the players thank u so much!!!!

My husband has been wanting to see the Windy City Bulls and this was a nice night out and easy on the pockets. Great venue, reasonable cost of snacks and engaging staff. It was a fun time, we plan on going back.

Went to the game to celebrate my grandsons 11th birthday. He was very very happy. Had a great time, enjoyed the autographs at the end of the game. Framed them! Thank you for creating a memorable event for us.
What a wonderful family event. KidZone area was clean and well run. Every staff member went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The mascot engaged with kids and made each feel special. Good game as well.
Wife and daughter took me to this game for my birthday. Grew up going to Bulls games and then recently became interested in basketball again. Discovered this team and we bought tickets. Loved how there were things for all of us to see and do on top of the game. Had a blast and would love to go to another game in April.
First time for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the game. Easy parking, reasonable prices and a really good team. We will definitely be back.
My favorite part was the takis that they gave out at the end of the game.
Bulls win, Bulls win! We had a great time, very fun. From the mascots (Benny, Gus T, Southpaw) entertaining the crowd, taking pictures with fans, the bucket boys, baton twirlers--loved it all. Easy parking also. Will definitely come out again.
Using Ticket Master was a mistake. They don't give a hang about convenience and serving the customer. The requirement to use the cell phone was stupid and an unnecessary complication. Either send the tickets by e-mail or leave them at the Will Call booth. Electronic devices like a cell phone don't always work, they can be lost, misplaced, dropped, broken, mal-function, or battery run down. It is STUPID to REQUIRE a cell phone in order to buy a simple ticket to a basketball game
Got great seats at a great price. We got the family 4 pack. Only thing is that the website needs to be updated. The price was a little higher. Still a good deal. Also there is a $10 food and beverage discount per ticket and not the 4 hot dogs, chips and drinks as it says on the website. We'll still go again but the deal being different was just a surprise.
Only gave a 4 because arena was freezing. We and most I saw had to keep coats on through game.
For opening night after a long absence, due to the virus, I was expecting a little more fanfare. It was very lackluster and disappointing. However, the game was great and we almost won.
Great venue, great court, great staff. Everything was phenomenal, hoping for more events like this
The guys really worked at it -- put on a great show -- and, oh, by the way, won the game. BMO in Rockford as a venue works out very well because a high proportion of seats are near the action. Affordable too. The hockey scoreboard needs some work -- can't show scores over 99 and the Windy City Bulls blew that away. All good fun, though.
