Why? Tickets

The opening band (Serengeti) was very well matched genre-wise with WHY? and warmed the audience up well with songs from their new album Family and Friends. WHY? serenaded the audience with songs from their new album which has yet to be released, as well as songs from prior albums such as Alopecia. All in all, the performance was outstanding. The venue was personal, and save one fourLoko clad boy in a beanie, the audience remained seated, though they enjoyed the show thoroughly. WHY? sounded even better than they do on their EPs and the harmonizing could not be beat. All of this was topped off by Yoni's famous dance moves and hilarious side comments. Overall, an awesome concert.

I've wanted to see Why? live for so long. I had tickets to the Sept. show and when he canceled my girlfriend and I were so upset. I found out they rescheduled and surprised her with tickets. They played a lot of new stuff; there were personal favorites that I didn't hear. That said, Why? is so good, hearing new stuff was just a special treat. Check it out! Any band that can combine grammatical, historical, and obscure literary references with terrible dancing has my heart forever.

Best show I have ever seen, not just saying that because they're my favorite band! So much energy! There was even a double encore. I will see them every time they come around!
