    White Lies was wonderful

by ZakAttak on 10/15/13El Rey Theatre - Los Angeles

A great band that is hard to see because of their extremely limited tour dates. The venue was great and had great sound.

White Lies rocked it at Bowery Ballroom in NYC!

by MariMagic on 10/14/13Bowery Ballroom - New York

Incredible show. Crystal clear live. A great mix from their new album and the classics. I would have gone both nights if I knew they were going to be that good. In the Valley Below opened for them. I had never heard them before. A perfect choice as an opener. I'm an instant fan.

    White LIes were amazing

by Anonymous on 10/13/13El Rey Theatre - Los Angeles

White Lies put on an amazing show at the El Rey. The set list included a great selection from all 3 albums, with an emphasis on the first and third albums. The band sounded great and Harry seemed to be enjoying the crowd's enthusiasm for the songs. Most of all, Harry humbly expressed his genuine appreciation for the fans' support a couple of times during the concert. While White Lies deserves a fan base big enough to fill an arena, I'm glad that I was able to see them in such a great small venue as the El Rey.

White Lies at the El Rey was awesome.

by Cheshirekat on 10/13/13El Rey Theatre - Los Angeles

These guys sound better live than on their albums. That's saying something because it has only happened to me before one other time. I will see the White Lies every time they come to L.A. The Valley Below was pretty cool too. My sister who attended the concert with me came straight home and bought their music. The El Rey is really quite nice and it's easily accessible with easy parking and still sounds great inside. I especially liked the way the floor rumbled beneath my feet with the music. I only wish we hadn't got stuck in the very small crowd of people who just stood there.

Another great performance from White Lies

by flargh on 10/8/13Paradise Rock Club - Boston

This is the second time we've seen them perform in Boston, and this show was quite different from the last time. They were a lot looser, more relaxed and having a good time. Really terrific musicians, all, and great performers.

This show was their first stop on the US tour. They did a great job. Really made their new album come to life. I should have bought tickets for the second night as well. I hope they come back soon.

    White Lies being White Lies

by Roderick87 on 10/4/13The Opera House - Toronto

Saw the show on Tuesday Oct. 1st and the show was absolutely amazing. I have been waiting a few years to see them and it was well worth the wait. Crowd was awesome, sound was pitch perfect, and the whole set was epic. I had never been to Opera House and thought the set up was really cool. If you didnt want to be in the mix of it all, than you didn't need to be, but you could get right up close without any trouble. Overall perfect experience and the best show I have ever been to.

White Lies: A Criminally Underrated Band

by Quixotism on 9/23/13Fitzgerald's - Houston

Two years ago I saw White Lies perform at a small, indoor venue, and they were amazing. I had been a huge fan of theirs already for a few months, so it was really exciting to finally see them live! I remember they played an equal number of songs from their first two albums: To Lose My Life and Ritual. Harry's vocals sounded terrific....music always sounds so much better live! For only $20 I got to stand about 8 ft from the stage and see one of my favorite bands perform! This is why it's good to "discover" great bands before they get too popular. Once they start playing at those giant venues, you're going to have to pay at least a hundred bucks for a decent seat, but even that can still be really far away from the stage! I don't know about White Lies' popularity in other countries, but I do know for sure that more people in the US should be listening to them! There is not a single song of theirs that I don't like; they are all incredible... So, start listening to their music and buy tickets to their shows before they get too famous!

We will definitely see all 3 bands again!

    by bferr11 on 5/24/11Terminal 5 - New York

I bought White Lies tickets for my boyfriend because he had mentioned them before, I found a great deal and it was at Terminal 5 which I love going to because its very small and personal and its almost impossible to get a bad spot. WOW! Sun Airway, School of Seven Bells and White Lies are 3 bands that, because of how wonderful this show was, will definitely be on my top playlists. I didn't know about Sun Airway and this was for sure the best way to discover them. For all 3 bands the sound, the performance, their attitudes, jokes, ... were just great. If I had to complain I would only say that I would have liked a bit more of a background for White Lies since the first 2 bands had either soft faded video projections or subtle light effects, for White Lies the stage fell flat in terms of ambient but it didn't take away from how incredible they were.
