They’re one of the few bands that I am willing to go see single every tour. The shows are absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!

FIFTH AND BEST SHOW, VENUE WAS INCREDIBLY SPACIOUS, SECURITY WAS GOOD WITH SURFERS AND PITS WERE BIG BUT EASY TO MAINTAIN, AND EVERYONE WAS GOOD ABOUT PICKING EACH OTHER UP. 10/10 FOR SHOW 0/10 FOR THE STATE OF MARYLAND. BOOOO

Going to the concert, I never would have expected it to be as amazing as it was. Awsten had such an amazing stage presence, and he kept the audience super engaged. The music was excellent. The only thing that worried me was people taking off their masks, but the venue enforced having the vaccine and showing your vaccine card OR having a negative covid test, which made me feel better. Overall, the concert was amazing and one of the best I’ve ever gone to.

Best album of the past 100 years. If you’re reading this and considering going to the show, this is your sign that you should.

Waterparks always put on an amazing show. The openers were awesome. And the venue had some of the most organized security I’ve ever seen.

i've been to multiple shows of this tour, many sold out, and tbh this date was the worst, the venue was cramped and everyone was pushing bad, parxies are typically nonsensical but this was a new level, and it was SO unbelievably hot in there, no ac at all. banging show though for real. god's favorite boyband for a reason

The show itself was fantastic! But the venue was VERY disappointment with their lax attitude toward Covid safety. Despite notices sent out in advance that proof of vaccination or a negative test would be required at the door, vaccine cards were not checked at all. When I asked a staff member where they checked for vaccination proof, he said “Hah! Don’t worry, we don’t do that here”. Then no effort was made to enforce mask wearing inside the concert hall. Waterparks is a great band but I hope they choose a safer venue next time they come to Boston because I will not be returning to Big Night Live.

We waited 2 hours outside waiting to get in at our show time that was supposed to be 6. Which pushed everything back, being a school night and for us after driving up front Baltimore it got late quick! We spent A LOT of money we didn't have to have a once in a lifetime experience that turned out to be miserable. Going in the venue DIDN'T check anyones vax cards or negative covid results. No one was wearing masks either. Then I hurt my back badly as it still hurts. They had black metal barriers around the sound guys area where it was dark and everyone was packed in tightly. The feet of it stuck out a few feet in front on the floor and you couldn't see them. Almost everyone tripped over them bc they weren't marked at all and the fans were squished in there. I spent the rest of the concert on my feet contemplating calling an ambulance. We then ended up missing the end of the show bc our ride showed up at 11. Waterparks themselves were great but I wont step in Big Night live ever again. Oh yeah and i paid 26$ for a shot and bottle of water which they didn't provide after making us wait

The night started out with all of us standing outside waiting for about 2 hours with no updates or word as to when we'd be let in. When we finally got let in not one person checked to see if we had our vax cards or negative vacc

the concert and the band were amazing, but the venue staff didn’t check bags or vaccine cards or covid tests for vip and some general admission.

I showed up an hour and 15 minutes past doors. Line still wrapped around the building. Either the doors were still not open or they were terribly managed. I didn't bother staying for the show and I'm very disinterested in the venue after this experience and hearing other negative comments.

this venue was really nice and the concert experience was amazing. i’m so glad i was able to go to a concert again after so many being cancelled from covid. this is was one of the best experiences of my whole life and i’m so grateful. thank you waterparks
