  • The show was amazing but the Venue not as much

by Ashley on 7/12/22Roxian Theatre - PittsburghRating: 3 out of 5

The show itself was absolutely amazing! The queens always put on an amazing preference but the venue wasn’t as much. The venue itself didn’t really match the seating arrangements when you paid for your ticket and looked at the seats itself we’re not where they seemed to be, the chairs themselves were folding chairs and how they were set up there was no slant to the chairs so only the people in the expensive seats or in the very front of the upper section or in the balcony and where we sat we couldn’t see the right side of the stage or if the performers were close to the floor you couldnt see anything, and we sat behind some snarky people that turned around and made fun every time I cheered or made any reaction, and one of the bartenders she was rude never cracked a smile and never told us the pop were free refills I only found that out when I went to someone else who was very polite and told us about the free pop refills. Luckily this was not my first show so I know how amazing they are and this one was amazing it was just the venue that was not so much.

  • Show cut short

by Fan on 7/12/22House of Blues Boston - BostonRating: 3 out of 5

We had to evacuate the building during intermission and the show was cut short. No explanation was given for the evacuation

  • Great show, great venue, great staff

by Shaunathin514 on 7/12/22House of Blues Boston - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

The show was amazing!! Every performance was great and the cast really seemed to enjoy themselves. The venue is the perfect place to see a show and the bartenders make great drinks. The staff was very nice and helpful and they handled themselves great when they had to evacuate everyone and have us re-enter the venue due to someone pulling the fire alarm.

  • Fun night!

  • Security guard

by LLove on 7/10/22The Fillmore Detroit - DetroitRating: 2 out of 5

Loved the show! But I decided to go in drag (which seemed normal to me) and my corset set off the metal detector (has metal pieces in it) and I offered to show it to a security guard who gave me a hard time about it. Later during intermission I was back in the lobby and at one point I had to adjust my dress and the same security guard came up to me and said I shouldn't be doing that. Long story short, I was made to feel uncomfortable about being a drag queen which I realize seems a little strange... AT A DRAG SHOW. Drag shows should be a safe space for both the performers and the audience members and the security staff should be a part of that inclusive experience. I loved seeing the queens and was pretty starstruck but, unfortunately, what I'll remember most from the evening was my experience with the security guard.

  • Such a blast!

by Chris on 7/10/22The Fillmore Detroit - DetroitRating: 5 out of 5

This show is everything that you would want out of a drag show. The queens make you feel amazing to be where you are and be who you are. I would go to every single show you that can.

by Chelle on 4/7/22Meridian Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

I took myself on a date and could not be more pleased. It was a star-studded cast of some of my all time fav queens, I legit almost cried twice and you already know I got merch.

  • Those queens were unstoppable.

by KatyWashburnBowyer on 10/2/18DeVos Performance Hall - Grand RapidsRating: 5 out of 5

This show was amazing. I had so much fun watching Miss Cracker and Monet hosting their first event. It was funny and entertaining and I would drag anyone within a 10 Mile radius to it.

  • Queens, yaaaaaas! VIP, no

by Crocembouche on 9/25/18State Theatre - PortlandRating: 4 out of 5

The show was amazing! The Vixen stole the show for me. All of the performers were top notch. My complaint is with the VIP meet and greet. The venue was 15-20 minutes late opening the doors for it, then we were herded on the stage to get one picture only and no chance to speak to the queens. The vip tickets were an extra hundred dollars EACH. I'm not asking for the world, but if I'm paying that much extra, I would like to be able to at least say hello.

  • War on the Catwalk Season 10 Queens

by ThatsrightIsawit on 9/17/18The Fillmore Philadelphia presented by Cricket Wireless - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

Even though this is a Drag Queen event, it started on time. I have seen multiple of these events and I love them. I was in row H, so I had a great seat. I do like that this event started with row A and not something like AA or something else. I love that the queens like to go out into the audience. I wish that this particular events that the venue would make it easier for the queens to walk the catwalk into the audience. It would be awesome for them to build the catwalk off the stage and onto the floor to create an interactive experience for the queens. That being said, I enjoyed these queens more than most of Season 9 because they didn't just grab money off the sides of the stage. They actually preformed. Season 10 queens are extremely talented. They can sing (not just lip syncing), dance, tell jokes, and inspire me to continue my hobby of entertaining and costume design. I love that there are people out there who are brave enough to be who they know they are. If you watched season 10, you will see that Vixen is talented and not just an attitude. You will see Blair St. Claire show talents of live singing. You will see Dusty Ray Bottoms preform to Metal and get the entire crowd involved with the performance. You will see Miz Cracker and Monet XChange perform jokes that are their own even though they claim to have stolen some. You will see Monique Heart live up to her name and place her heart into her performance. It's amazing to how far drag has come in the last 14 years for my perspective and 10 years for the Drag Race series. Not only how contestants portray what Drag means to them, but also how main stream people react to people who feel the need to be themselves. I can't wait to see how drag helps society in the future. Thanks RuPaul for supplying the avenue for people to see an "alternate" way of living
