My wife and I see shows in NYC twice a year, and this show was as good as anything in the theater district in Manhattan. I compare it in quality to "The Jersey Boys" and "The Million Dollar Quartet" in NYC

by NancyMcKB on 5/31/12Walnut Street Theater - PhiladelphiaI saw this at the Walnut Theater on Sunday and I LOVED it! Great story and of course, great music! I've never been a part of an audience that was so enthusiastic (dancing in the aisles, jumping to their feet, sustained clapping after the curtain closed)! The entire cast was outstanding; Christopher Sutton entranced me with his portrayal of Buddy. Will another cast's production stand up to this one? Can't wait to find out!!
