When is the box office open?

Standard opening hours: Monday 12:00-22:00. Tuesday - CLOSED. Wednesday - CLOSED. Thursday 12:00-22:00 (Prebooking essential). Friday 12:00-22:00 (Prebooking essential). Saturday 12:00-22:00 (Prebooking essential). Sunday 12:00-18:00. Last admissions: Last entry is a maximum of 2 hours prior to closure. Last tour admission time is strictly 2 hours before closing. Important Information Saturday's are the most popular day to visit Vinopolis, due to this, queues are likely to occur throughout. We take every measure to minimise disruption, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Pre booking is essential to guarantee entry between 5.30 and 7pm on a Thursday & Friday and 12 noon and 7pm on a Saturday.

What are the will call rules?

Collect from the reception desk at the main entrance to Vinopolis on the day of the visit. The cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets so please take the credit card used for the booking and Ticketmaster reference number to enable collection. If you have queries regarding this, please contact the customer services department.

What are the parking options at Vinopolis - City of Wine?

Limited street parking on parking meters in surrounding streets. Coach Parks in Tooley Street. Coach drop-off facility at Southwark Street.

Is there accessible seating?

Disabled access throughout. There is ramp access at the main entrance and disabled toilet facilities. A very limited number of wheelchairs available free of charge. Anyone requiring the use of a wheelchair should contact the Vinopolis sales team on (0870) 2414 040. Groups (i.e. a coach party) should call the advance booking line on (0870) 4444 777.

What are the general rules of Vinopolis - City of Wine?

- Photography is allowed. - Consumption of customers own food and drink is not permitted.

Are children allowed?

All children between the ages of five to fifteen are welcome to Vinopolis FREE of charge. Children 16 and over are considered adults and charged full admission. A paying adult must accompany children.
