Unfaithful Yet Entertaining
Center Stage Theater - Atlanta
My lady and I were thoroughly entertained by the comedy, singing, and drama in the play, Unfaithful. Shirley Murdock's presence in the play is what drew me in and convinced me that it was worth a try; she delivered a wonderful performance, both musically and dramatically. She was funny too. The rest of the cast were excellent as well. This was based on a true story and was well enhanced by a bit of artistic freedom. We left happy about the experience. My only complaints with the play was that there was a hole in the plot that was left unanswered and I'm not completely sure if there was a lesson to be learned, but that's how real life is sometimes. Additionally, the seats were terribly uncomfortable. This was my first time at Center Stage. If I go back, I will take a seat cushion with me.

UNFAITHFUL PLAY DEFINITELY NEEDED IMPROVEMENT. ACTORS MIC WERE GOING IN AND OUT AND TOO LOUD AT TIMES; AND THE ARENA WAS COLD.
