The Texas Farm Bureau Ticket Center is located off of parking lot 2, between Gates B and C.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and cash.

The Ticket Office will normally open five hours before the doors open for events. A government issued photo ID with the name matching those on the ticket purchase must be presented to the ticket agent in order to pick up tickets.

McLane Stadium offers over 2,000 on-site parking spaces. For larger events, additional Baylor University lots will be utilized in addition to downtown shuttle systems on a per-event basis

Due to limited availability, one companion, seated in an adjacent seat, may accompany each guest with a disability. For some events, or on an as-needed basis, additional companion seats may be available in the form of a seat in front of or behind the guest with a disability, or in the form of a folding chair, as the location and needs will dictate. These needs should be specified at the time of ticket purchase.
