The Box Office accepts Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. No personal checks, please.
What are the will call rules?
Will Call tickets can be picked up at any time during Box Office hours on the day of a show. The customer must present the actual credit card used to make the order, a valid picture ID, and the confirmation number.

What are the general rules of James M. Nederlander Theatre?
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased for Broadway In Chicago events. Cameras and recording devices are not allowed. Doors open 30 minutes prior to showtime. No outside food or beverages allowed.
Are children allowed?
For most productions children under 5 are not permitted for the courtesy of the other patrons. Everyone is required to have a ticket.
