Box Office hours are Tuesday to Friday 10am to 4pm for phones. Wednesdays & Fridays 12pm to 4pm for in person (window is located inside the building next to Rupp Arena & the Hyatt Regency hotel). On days of shows, the Box Office hours are Monday to Sunday, 60 minutes prior to the event.
What payment types are accepted?
The box office accepts cash, VISA, Mastercard, Discover and checks for select events with proper ID.
What are the will call rules?
Tickets can be picked up the night of the show starting 90 minutes prior to the event. Tickets held for Will Call can be picked up at the Will Call Window. The customer must have a photo ID of themselves, the actual credit card used to place the order and the confirmation number.
What are the parking options at Lexington Opera House?
Parking is available in surrounding parking lots and garages. The fee varies with each lot.
