We were very excited to attend the first game at the Alamodome but when we arrived at 12:00 all of the handicapped parking was full and there was no space to unload his wheelchair.
I loved it and it was a great experience, will go to another game. The vibe was awesome
First time on the second floor where all the suites are located. They have an area for handicapped wheelchair guests. The area we sat in was really nice and had a great view, section 241, located on the corner of the end zone. Though the elevators can take some time to get up and down for me, I was very happy they had a private handicap restroom. This is suitable for someone like me, who worries about bacteria infection and needs space. The staff was very helpful and unlocked the restroom for me. Looking forward to the next game I can attend, this stadium is not the newest, but still holds its own and the future modifications should make it even better. Good time had.
Enjoyed the games during the game. Half time performance awesome to have both schools perform together. Park & Ride was great!
It was an awesome game. I also had no problem getting into the game with my ticket. The only thing is that my son had to move from his seat and mine which I got there a little bit late. They gave our seats we paid for to a big group of Texas State fans which I don't understand when it says on our tickets what seats they are on the tickets. The usher told my son to go to another seat which did not match our seats. That kind of got me upset so I didn't say anything but if I ever go again I will COMPLAIN TO THE USHER.
Ticket was not scanning correctly at the door , so we had to go to ticket office an issue a paper ticket... first time that happened..
So, the only reason I put 4 stars was because of the location of the ticket I chose. I ended up under the risers in section 107 row 33. On the ticket it said obstructed view which I knew going in. But the main problem was the sound. You cannot hear what is going on from the main speakers and the TV’s that are under the area are on a 5 or 8 second delay. I know for next time to not select tickets under this area.
The entire experience was amazing! My only opinion is that the Center should work on his snap.

Really enjoyed the game. It was more like an NFL game, but still had the bands. Really loud on defense, and just fun all around!
I’ve attended 3 games this season all of which have been great. But I must say… this last game was AMAZING!!! The energy in the building, it was obvious that 210 showed UP with over 41,000 people in attendance. My $15.00 seat was worth every penny.

We love going to all football games. The only problem we have we can never find handicap seats which my wife needs. Go Runners Respect The Pecker
Appreciate the easiness to order game tickets, sometimes I hesitate to transfer to wallet for fear of losing info in process, but modern technology is amazing, and no problem upon entry to Alamodome to scan ticket from wallet app. Selecting seats from stadium chart is clear & simple
Although I am an Alumni of UTSA, I have never attended a Football Game. This game on December 2, 2022 was my first. It was an AWESOME game. Was able to join my fellow alumni at the Association Tailgate Party before the game. They were so welcoming and helpful. After this Awesome Game, what can I compare it to. GO ROADRUNNERS!! Planning to attend more games in the future. Thank you so much for the GREAT experience and camaraderie with fellow alumni and the current students of UTSA.
We were unable to find parking within a reasonable distance from the venue. The parking we could find cost more than our combined ticket cost. As a result we were unable to attend the event and had to go home and watch it on TV.
Concession are the worst at the dome. Long lines , limited product without a huge walk!
UTSA Roadrunner football is like no other, add the atmosphere at the Alamodome, and we are lucky fans!
Secondary markets are killing events like this. There were so many empty seats. Tickets sold vs actual attendance had to be 20-25k difference. It was a fantastic event, however the amount of empty seats was a sad site. Concessions are way over priced. Captive audience i get it, but jesus, $5.5 for a soggy hot dog. $5 for a 20 oz soda. $6 for a bottled water. Genuinly shameful. But whatelse would you expect in San Antonio. The game was great. The play on the field was worth the price of admissions. Everything else felt like robbery.
Great games my wife is not into sports but she’s become addicted to the UTSA games exciting experiences definitely season ticket holders next year
