About

USHER has cemented his status as a generation-defining superstar over a three-decade career. After releasing his 1997 breakthrough album My Way — his first album to make the Top 5 on the Billboard 200 — he defined the 2000s with Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hits like “Yeah!” (featuring Lil Jon and Ludacris), “OMG” (featuring will.i.am) and “Love in This Club” (featuring Young Jeezy). USHER’s diamond-certified album Confessions (2004) marked his first No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and produced four No. 1 hits, including “My Boo” featuring Alicia Keys. The eight-time Grammy Award winner launched his “My Way” Las Vegas residency in July 2022, with tickets selling out almost immediately, and is set to embark on the massive USHER: Past Present Future run in 2024.

He was amazing! He did two hours with no breaks and the mic was on the whole time. I don’t care what people say, Usher’s still got it! 30 years in the game and he’s still bringing the energy.

  • USHER

by SENIORCHIEF on 11/30/24Footprint Center - PhoenixRating: 5 out of 5

Usher is an extraordinary entertainer. Loved his Energy, his smile, his engagement with the audience/fans. You treat fans right, they will continue to support your gift, it was evident that his gift is LOVED by many. Usher didn't disappoint, 30plus years in the business, I left Footprint Center after the show feeling of joy to be there! Going on 7days after the concert and I'm still on an Usher High smiling! Happy 40th Military retirement gift to me!

  • VIP bar area

by SENIORCHIEF on 11/30/24Footprint Center - PhoenixRating: 4 out of 5

Seating at bar, couldn't see the show due to standing fans in front of seated bar VIPs and the mechanical thingy in the ceilings were blocking those screens for me to see the performance on them. So I mostly was looking at the back of the fans heads with the amount of money I spent on the tickets. 1st concert ever, was a bucketlist item to myself for doing 40yrs in the Military. Only reason I rated it 4 stars.

  • EPIC!!

by Pryncess Felicia on 11/29/24Honda Center - AnaheimRating: 5 out of 5

The show is Absolutely amazing!! Usher ate & left No crumbs! Omg he put on one hell of a show. Vocals were on point! He performed ALL of the hits I love❤️ He literally brought the ATL to Anaheim with the strippers lol Then asked how we do it on the West Coast as Montell Jordan came out singing This is how we do it. That was a great surprise. Trey Songz was even in the building. I loved his performance on skates along with his dancers, they were so good. There was one thing I felt too much time was spent on & that was giving out the cherries. Maybe had I gotten one I would feel differently 😂 But honestly I'm all for fan appreciation it just went on a little too long for me. Overall I had a great time & will definitely see him again! He definitely did not disappoint.

  • So much fun

Beautiful vibe tonight in Houston! Usher and his crew showed up and SHOWED OUT. Usher is a big talent with a humble spirit. He always shows his fans love and appreciation. It was nice to see Al B Sure in the house and Bun rocked the hell out of the mic!!! Overall, 10 out 10 show. BRAVO!!!!

Definitely the best concert of 2024 and one in my top 3 of all time! He’s such an amazing performer, his band was on point, he engaged with the audience, I will definitely see him again wherever he performs!

  • Usher Puts on a ‘Show’

by Reenie on 11/27/24Footprint Center - PhoenixRating: 3 out of 5

Great show. Sadly the sound quality was very poor in our section and couldn’t understand most of what was said, music was very muffled, and all we heard was bass. Would not sit in the upper level again for a concert at FootPrint in Phoenix.

  • Usher still got it

by DeeDee on 11/27/24Rating: 3 out of 5

First let me start off by saying that I have waited a long time to see Usher perform live. With what I saw, he did a good job. However I could only give 3 stars. First, the doors opened at 7 and show was to start at 8pm. He did not come on stage until 9:15. I have no idea how long the show lasted I left a little over an hour into the performance. The biggest frustration for myself was the delayed start. I don't wish to see your DJ for over an hour. I came to see YOU. Would I go to another Usher show, no. My second complaint really has nothing to do with Usher but some of the people in attendance. This guy sitting next to me decided he wanted to smoke weed. He literally took out several joints and smoked throughout the performance. Again that has NOTHING to do with Usher but lack of common decency from another person.

  • Enough with the performance delays

by Cindy on 11/27/24Footprint Center - PhoenixRating: 3 out of 5

Sadly Usher didn’t have a opening act, he was an hour and a half late to begin the show, the whole thing about picking six women to be on stage with Usher was too long and it just dragged and I feel like it brought the audience down. We weren’t that into it. By the time Usher jumped on I didn’t feel hyped anymore. I actually left in the middle of the show.

  • BEST NIGHT EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRR

by DthebagLady on 11/27/24Footprint Center - PhoenixRating: 5 out of 5

OMG what a time, what a time, what a time. I would do it all over again, today, tomorrow, next month, next year. It was such an amazing concert. The crowd was amazing. I had amazing seats and the people around me were a joy to be around. I would pay just what I paid for the whole experience because it was truly worth it. The concert was so fire!! Usher put on an amazing show. The dancers were amazing and so talented. Usher walked the entire stadium, performing. He made sure it stayed lit; we stood the entire concert. Maybe sitting a couple times. There was no opening act, no break, it was just full-on entertainment, all night. The venue was very nice as well, the systems in place were perfect. Walk through the detectors, show your ticket, they point you to the way. Another person meets you and shows you the final area of your seat. If I ever come to the Footprint Center for another event, I know exactly where I will be sitting. I was in section 114, Row 5, Seat 11 and it was perfect. I actually ended up in like seat 7 because the ladies next to be offered to move over a seat so I didn't have to slide by them, and it was the perfect seat. I liked it better than seat 11. After the concert you know of course it's a time trying to get out of the stadium. I waited a little while until the stairwell cleared and then was able to walk right out with just a few others. The lobby was crowded and out front as well. But it still was a casual vibe, everyone kinda walking at the same speed and pace. I walked a few blocks down from the venue and then called for an Uber, it came in less than 7mins, even with the crowd behind me. This was an amazing night, and I had a ball. Glad I chose to see Usher this way.

  • Electrifying

This has to be the best concert that I have ever attended in my life. Mr Raymond and his peers are awesome. Thank You Ticketmaster for allowing this. But going forward please try to lower your ticket prices for all venues the rest of this year and forever.
