The DJ and hospitality was definitely top tier. Not guaranteeing the artist is good marketing but the price should reflect that otherwise we are spending the same amount of the artist was there and that’s not equitable.
This event was very pricy, I thought that it would be more intimate. We arrived and could not move , forget reaching the bar for a drink. There was no room to breathe. Given the price we paid per ticket one would hope they would cap the venue so that it was worth the money. We didn’t end up staying so I don’t even know if Usher showed up. Will never purchase after party tickets again. Not impressed.
Personally, I could have skipped the after party, or just paid the $60 to get in. Access to the outdoor “VIP” area was not worth it to me. Decent music, crowded “VIP” area, nothing special in my opinion.

The after party was so Lit from the time it started to the end DJ was playing all the awesome mixes drinks was flowing!! Had a great time mixed crowd
The place was too small for the number of people that were there. There is no way Usher could have been in that space. The crowd would have went crazy.
Do NOT Buy tickets to this ghetto mess. because they give free tickets to this in the hallway casino.$150 wasted
Usher put on a show for sure! One of the best I been to in a while.
Was a disappointed that Usher didn’t, show up, was really looking forward to seeing him. But it says there’s a possibility that the artist will not show up. But the music was good and drinks were good too!
Usher didn’t appear which is made clear that artist is not guaranteed however we still had a fun night at the club, good music & good vibe
First of all I signed up and paid for a ticket that I really didn’t need. When I got to where the After Party was all they did was check your ID, Security Scan and let you in without asking fir a Ticket! So I asked a few people and they said they didn’t have to get any Tickets. I think that was Very Unprofessional to say you need a Ticket almost like a Scam. So I called Klarna and the customer service representative put in a complaint to you all. This is my Hard earned money and I don’t think it was far. I would like to speak to someone at Ticketmaster regarding this matter my account is being charged $203 for something I didn’t need.I had a hard time bringing up my ticket because I’d internet service in the building causing me to hold the line up and The gentleman who was the User said to me is there a problem I told him I’m trying to get my ticket to pull up and he said you didn’t; I don’t know anything about a ticket come on in. I was soo bad I left and called Klanra the very next day. So can someone please reach out to my. Thanks
Zero stars, does not recommend. $200 for GA, Usher not guaranteed to show, a mess at the door to get in, can’t move, no where to stand or sit. Trash experience for $200
My experience at USHERS after party was simply amazing! Even though Usher did not show up to his after party, his performers did, and they were very pleasant. They interacted with the guests and even invited some of them on stage. There were two separate areas to the after party with two separate sets of DJs. The VIP section DJs were okay, but the non-VIP section DJ's set it off. This is the section where Usher performers were hanging out. I cannot remember the DJ name, but I believe he said that he was from Atlanta. This guy just didn't play music, he made sure that the crowd was enjoying every song that he played. He was watching to see if they knew the words to the song and if we didn't, he changed the song. He kept everybody on the dance floor nonstop and I twerked on my husband the whole night. My feet were killing me in my heels but i did not care because the DJ kept the place rocking. Everyone enjoyed themselves in a nice atmosphere dancing, drinking, smoking and singing the entire night. My husband and I did not leave till 3am and our flight to Miami left at 7am. We have not enjoyed ourselves this much at a concert or afterparty in a long time. This is one that will be talked about in years to come.
I was told it was amazing so it was only right I go to the afterparty after the concert. The music was good. A bit to crowed. People getting angry and bumping into each other and drinks being spilled. The guys checking people in should handle it a lot better because they were overwhelmed. It was fun and nice to experience but from an amazing concert to that was points deducted. Love Usher. Concert I would definitely do again.
I swear Usher is like the young nephew that I grew up with in my head. His show was perfection, his dancers, band and DJ were all an amazing addition. Usher literally had everyone in the arena standing on their feet the entire night while he sang hit after hit !!! I swear I felt don’t want the show to end. Making arrangements to catch him one more time before he is done. The show was simply epic.
It was perfect. First the staff was really efficient and helpful. Secondly the crowd was wild. Last but not least Usher gave us an extraordinary show. I flew from Switzerland just for that. Amazing !!! I repeat it was magnifique !
Underwhelmed. Many missed opportunities to connect with the Usher brand. Technology will allow you to send a prerecorded message. Also the After party wasn't exclusive enough.
My friends and I purchased these tickets with the expectation we would continue our concert experience with some additional fun. However, that was not the case. The event venue distributed complementary entrance passes that caused the venue to be over capacity by the time the concert was over. We had to stand in line over an hour just to gain access to the venue only to be stuffed inside like sardines!!!!! The floors were sticky, it was hot, and hard to maneuver because there were entirely too many people inside. There were people lined up in the entry way. This venue only help 800 people, but there were about 1200 inside so imagine the chaos. I would not recommend especially for this experience and the price.
Expect a large crowd! Check it out! You’ll enjoy it!!
This concert is definitely a must see. Not only were we entertained by the vocal ability of usher, the nostalgia of the songs, and his gorgeous body, we also found the dancers the band, and all other components of the show very very entertaining and well done. I would go again and pay again for this experience again!
