Seats were good, game was decent, and the Zags won! The bleacher seats were tightly packed, as usual. Would pay more for an actual seat (they cost more) but they were not available, despite a few empty seats in the arena
I will NEVER ever again buy another ticket to any event without seat backs. Someone was sitting in our seat group.
Chiles Center was half-empty. $5 seats behind the basket were a bargain. $4 nacho special was a tasty dinner worthy of a good food cart. Paper airplane toss was great fun. Saint Mary's was fun to watch. A good ball handling (Australian) guard, a good shooting guard, a big, strong guy in the middle; great perimeter defense. I know I give away my true allegiance when I say they remind me of the Ducks!!! Okay, Saint Mary's could get to the round of 16 in March Madness, the Ducks can't; but the Ducks could win a game (they do need to get there first).
The game was great, my seats were OK, but considering when I bought them, they were awesome!! The Zags won, of course, but it was a close one. Will be going to many more
UP Pilots at the Chiles Center: way more fun than a Blazer game. More intimate and engaging. Good family atmosphere. Easy to park. More energetic players. Collegiate enthusiasm.
Could be a long year for the Pilots. Did not see a ton of talent out there.
It was a great game! Loved seeing the Cougs win! Good seats for a reasonable price.
Even though the PIlots did not win, it was still a really fun game to watch. #33 was awesome, shooting up 3's and being a dominant player on offense as well as defense.
Great game! Portland Basketball may be the best steal in town, if you can grab the seats to the best game of the year, Gonzaga. Fun atmosphere, great time had by all!
What a joy to go to a game where people rooted for their team and did not act stupid to the visiting team and its fans. The crowd was loud but fair. It is rare to go to a game and not witness rude obnoxious fans against the visitors. The fans of Portland should be proud of their team as well as their attitude. Thanks Portland and the Chiles Center.
University of Portland looked awesome in blowing out the St Mary Gaels. Freshman guard, Tim Douglas makes the team click!
It was a new year's eve game so the student attendance was low. This gave my wife and I a chance to catch a fun game in the first row for waaayyyy cheaper than an NBA game. I just love basketball so it makes no difference to me. The Portland team played pretty well and came out on top.
I've been to a few college basketball games in my time, and I really enjoy going to Pilots games. The venue is great, the quality of basketball is high, and Coach Reveno has got something good going here. This is a great way to introduce my two kids to the fun of college basketball. Keep it up, University of Portland!

Game was great. But "only available" seats were high in nose bleed section with plenty of seats in lower arena available. I would have paid for better seating but these were only ones "available".
