Joe Louis Arena will be missed, and its latest Duel in the D game is one of the most memorable events I've attended at the classic arena. My seats were fantastic and the staff was excellent.
Last game at Joe Louis areana andbit was a great on tied at end of every period and then in a shootout uofm win 5-4 best game ever
it was very disappointing that the Joe did not have the same level of security staff on hand for the college hockey game as they do for a Red Wings game. We had just attended a Red Wings game the week prior -- everything flowed very smoothly getting in the doors. At the Duel in the D, however, there was a huge line on the steps waiting to get in. Only 4 doors were open for entrance. This really bogged things down and MANY people were late for the game.
Amazing time. Best event to go to!!!!! Sad it's the last time at the Joe. See you next year at Little Ceasers!!
Always enjoy this game, go every year. Will miss the JLA after it is gone.

This was a great opportunity to see Michigan and Michigan State hockey at the Joe. Our 8 year old loved every moment!
This was an awesome game! It's my second year in a row going. The tickets are cheap, and so much fun! Totally worth the drive. Love the energy and experience with my son!

The game was awesome, our seats were incredible and ticketmaster never ceases to impress.
I purchased first row tickets behind the goal, next to the Zamboni tunnel. couldn't have been happier. Got to see some great saves up close and personal, and some big hits. Going back next year for sure.
Great game!!! Great seats right next to the bench!! My only concern was that our heads were just above the level of the glass and I was afraid a puck would fly over and knock my teeth out, though maybe that added some excitement to the game.
It was a great hockey game, physical, back and.forth, up and down. Both goalies were outstanding. I would have called it a great game even if Michigan hadn't won. Seats were really good, right on center ice, 3 rows into the lower bowl.
Michigan WON! However, the Joe is a dump. Such a shame they never fixed it up. Good thing they are finally building a new place.
The game was great, but the crowd seemed atypical compared to years ago - perhaps because the game was on a Thursday?
The best seats ever! 4th row, center ice right behind Michigan penalty box! Exciting fast paced game, much better than pro hockey!!

The parking structure was full due to the auto show. We could not park ANYWHERE and had to miss the event.
