  • Barbra Pre-show

    by P. S. on 8/9/19United Center - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

We were first timers in the "Club" and were really blown away at the venue. We were greeted with a variety of drinks and great smiles. The buffet was tremendous when we were misled that basic hors d'oeuvres were to be served. The servers were most delightful and checked on us frequently. The meal was great. the photo "booth" was a nice touch ad provided us with a unique souvenir. Throughout the dinner, we were entertained by a talented duo playing favorites for an adoring crowd. Upon leaving, a security guard assisted us by taking a shortcut to for elevators for our concert seating.

Great food, drinks, service and entertainment. Perfect way to kick off the evening

  • Great Show

by Hugh Jackman - worth the trip to United Center on 6/24/19United Center - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

Everything was great. Friendly staff and easy location to pre-show party. Great doorman at the club who helped assist me getting a wheelchair to get to my seat. Should be noted that if you don't go to the united center often - you don't know about their services for the disabled. There should be a way to arrange seating on the lower lever of the concert to accommodate those that have issues with stairs because of a disability. Hugh Jackman was Fantastic!

  • United Center Concert Club 03/01 - Ok, not great.

    by RJD1954 on 3/4/19United Center - ChicagoRating: 3 out of 5

The room is in the lower level of the UC just inside Gate 4. It's tastefully done in dark tones with a bar, a few tables and a few booths. Definitely not enough seating. Couples took up a booth that could hold 6 people and would not allow anyone else to share their space, so a lot of people wound up having to stand. In two hours we saw a waitress twice. I think she was the only person waiting on tables. She got our order wrong once and forgot items twice. The complimentary appetizers were ok, not great. The only good things were the nice couple who let us share their booth, two decent drinks, a really clean bathroom with no line, a small souvenir stand and parking in Lot K. Not sure I would pay for this again though.

  • United Center Concert Club; a must!

    by Mulan10 on 11/12/18United Center - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

A fantastic way to prepare for a concert; in the belly of the United Center (back-to-the-womb), with open bar and delicious hors d'oeuvres, served by really nice smiling people in a pretty musically noisy environment (that's what we came for anyway), with great attendants leading you, as needed, to your own private (in regard to the Concert Club goers) bathroom facilities as needed, with opportunities to purchase merchandize of the artist in a less-than-crowded environment.

  • GREAT preconcert party!

    by Mulan10 on 11/1/18United Center - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

About 2 weeks before the Elton John Farewell Yellow Brick Road concert in Chicago, I received an e-mail offering the Concert Club party. For $65 per person, we would get a 2 hour pre-concert private event, with open bar, passed appetizers, specialty cocktails, live music, and a private merchandise table, and reserved parking for one vehicle. After quickly checking with my husband, we immediately responded yes! And we were very happy we did! This was an amazing event! Apps were plentiful, and included spring rolls, a puff pastry with meat filling, and mini-bread slices with salsa. There were even dessert bars - lemon and chocolate. We got one each of the specialty drinks. Our favorite was Bennie and the Jets (bourbon and bitters), and my husband liked the Rocket Man (tequila and lime and ginger beer). The others were Candle in the Wind (Smirnoff raspberry) and Tiny Dancer (vodka and orange and cranberry juice). They let us take 2 drinks a piece to the concert. Everyone on staff was super nice and friendly! The room only held maybe 100 people, and I still don't know how we were lucky enough to get an invite, but we hope they continue these in the future, and if we get invited again, we will DEFINITELY be back!!! We can't thank the United Center and Ticketmaster enough for doing this!! It was wonderful!

  • United Center Club

by BrownBuilding on 10/31/18United Center - ChicagoRating: 4 out of 5

This is a great way to prime for any concert or game at the United Center. Get in two hours early and also parking pass. Although the drinks and passed via servers, the appetizers were good and plentiful, we arrived 20 minutes after the start and there was not one chair, booth or table. Space was wasted on a dance floor and should have had additional seating as not one person danced. Thus we stood for 2 hours. Then had floor seats and stood for two more. All in all a good value but need to get there early and wait in line for chance for a seat.

  • Great deal great time great place

It was great! Music was a little loud for the space but the location and amenities were worth the cost

  • Concert Club is totally worth it!

by AngelatHrt on 10/25/18United Center - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

Decided to try the new Concert Club offer before the Phil Collins concert. Loved it! A great place to hang out with your friends before the show. Price included live entertainment, open bar, constant passed hors d'oeuvres, and parking for one car per order. It was nice to sit and relax a while before the show. Since we got there early, we also avoided the crowd and traffic. I'll definitely do this again.

  • Nice place. Great idea.

Nice place to drink before the show with friends. The passed food was just ok this time. Last time they had a small buffet which was better. Service was great. Staff was great as usual. Good place to be before the show. I would go again.

  • FLORENCE + THE MACHINE - ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!!

by branvaughnlaw on 10/23/18United Center - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

Friday Oct 19th saw Florence + The Machine on the High as Hope Tour. I believe this was the 4th time we have seen Florence, and first time at the United Center and it is the largest venue we have seen her in. There is no bldg this woman's voice cannot fill!!!!! Another amazing performance led by Florence of course, with excellent music, lights, production. The crowd was really into it. We had seats outside of the standing/general admission area, but we and everyone stood the whole time. If you ever get the chance to see Florence + The Machine....DO IT!! For this particular show and for the first time every we splurged the extra $80 dollars for the United Center Concert club. This got you parking (right next to the arena) and access to a private room for open bar, appetizers, and DJ for 2 hours prior to the show. Apparently they sell only a certain amount of these (up to 200?). Anyway arriving early was great, no line and the club area was nice. Top Shelf alcohol was served with beer, wine and special cocktails too. The food was OK not great, not bad. The club itself was clean, roomy, great location. Now if you like to drink before the show I would highly recommend this. Good service and they even poured you extra drinks right before the club happy hour ended to take into the stadium with you. When beers inside were $10 or more and top shelf mixers were probably $15 it wasn't hard to get your money's worth.

  • Florence & the Machine was amazing

Concert club was great. Parking was outstanding. Merch set up was very nice. Music by DJ was fun. Very attentive with drinks and appetizers

  • Only way to see a concert at United Center

    by meggomyleggo88 on 10/22/18United Center - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

The concert club experience is a game changer! I don't think I can go to a concert at UC without concert club now! Reserved parking spot close to our entrance, early entrance into the venue, special club/lounge entrance, exclusive merch, OPEN BAR (the pours were very generous), and awesome appetizers! Oh and the bathrooms are waaaaay nicer than all the other restrooms ;) I read some reviews that mentioned frozen breaded mushrooms and wantons...that is NOT the case! We had delicious bite-sized salmon + lox on toast, mini egg rolls, pork-filled wantons, and more.

  • Best Ever!

TOP put on one of the best live shows! I brought my 18 year old son with me. We both had a great time! We can’t wait for them to come back again!

  • AWFUL Concert Club!

by MizzGypsy on 10/9/18United Center - ChicagoRating: 1 out of 5

United Center should be ashamed! Had attended CC in March and it was awesome; there was a full buffet and drinks, but poor seating. The food was delicious and plentiful. Now, NO buffet, just “passed appetizers “. What a joke! There were barely any servers and when you did get food, there were only some deep fried mushrooms and pot stickers. And again, not nearly enough seating for the people attending. SAVE YOUR MONEY! This was such a rip off; I’m so embarrassed I took out of town guests to this. However, Fleetwood Mac was great!

Awful. Stale environment and awful entertainment. Complete waste of money
